Need to focus on the job at hand! Ordered 12pc tender bucket meal with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, after being informed that the mac would be a "few minutes wait" which meant 20 minutes (more than a few imo) I opted for green beans instead. Order taker was friendly and polite, I paid and was asked to pull ahead for a 5 min wait on the chicken. 15 minutes later I backed up to the window and inquired what was happening. "Oops" my order was ready and in a bag waiting. I was handed the bag without a thank you or even the slightest apology. I get home to find that there were absolutely no condiments or sauces (which I was asked for my selection of when ordering) nor any napkins or silverware. Food was ok however I won't be returning anytime soon. Must be why they were not busy at all on a Saturday night. read more

I wish I could give this place a negative review. We we're there 5-28-19 at 12:30 for the buffet. When we arrived the tables were dirty, the buffet was practically empty, and what was there was cold. There was dried gravy on the buffet. When asked if they were going to fill the buffet, the worker said they would get to it when they could. They never did. Don't ever go there. read more

A friend asked me to go get her lunch she was at work. She sent me her order through text. I read the order to the drivethru..... not even my food.... I get the order and I check it.... Has mash pot and gravy missing. So I wait drivethru girl comes back I let her know. She comes back with mash and gravy and says I need those fries back. I said okay but that's disgusting and probably illegal according to the health department laws. She says one second as my hand is holding the fries out the snowy window to exchange. Another girl comes to the window instant attitude horrible demeanor on her face says you were charged for fries I said because somebody messed up the order I read I said I don't care about these fries I want what I ordered I'm just letting you know it is against policy to take back food through your drivethru window after it has been sitting in someone's car. She says not if I throw it away and wash my hands okay. I said I don't need an attitude from a young girl who has made a mistake on an order it was your bad not mine thank you. She proceeded with an outrageous attitude to say YOUNG GIRL.... slams the window and walks off throwing a fit. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Not the job for her that is for sure! When asking what the managers number was over the phone they proceeded to say we don't give out that info he will be in tomorrow. So to the no named manager at KFC please train your employees in good customer service because what happened today was unprofessional, frankly gross, and not good for your business. This place was disgusting, the workers looked unkempt and the person who took our order looked ragged and unkempt. When our food arrived our sauces were nowhere to be found, which a simple ask corrected. The chicken was NOT crunchy and was borderline soggy. we ordered 20$ bucket with extra crispy tenders. they were very obviously not extra crispy. also they seemed very light and just barely done. we ordered 4 sauces and got none. advertisement claims 2 mashed potatoes and gravies, but it only came with one. and one coleslaw. in the past we had poor experiences with the food and service at this location, it seems it hasn't changed. will be avoiding KFC for the future. meijer crispy chicken is just as good and half the price. plus we never have problems with service. read more

The worst service anywhere I have got ever!! They messed up my order and said next time they will not replace my whole order when it wasnt my fault. Second time I had problems with them. I come from Midland to go to the Alma KFC becae of previous service. The owners need to adjust theior management team. I will not be going back to them again ever read more
