Not once, but TWICE they tried to help me with a do-it-yourself fix over the phone so I wouldn't have to pay for a service visit if the fix was simple. FIRST, the office folks walked me through a quick battery check and power check. SECOND, the technician called me from the road and walked me through a fuse check, which worked initially, but later kept failing. So, the company kept me on the schedule and came out quickly the same day (on a SATURDAY!). Jake was AWESOME! He worked hard trying to locate the short in our system.
