Finally 3rd month I reach out after they said it would be done on Monday , I wasn't able to pick it up on Monday- Thursday due to their hours and work. Thursday I received a text that said they are not able to repair it. So told me it would be done the next day and then 3 days after that they say they couldn't do it !! The chair doesn't even look like they touched it. Very frustrating. Then took them 5 minutes to find it when I went to go pick it up. I support small companies but now I won't support them since they drag their feet and lie about fixing your items

Upon arrival, I was directed to the service department to obtain the correct belt size. A female employee attempted to determine the appropriate size between two options but was unable to reach a conclusion, despite removing my belt for comparison. She subsequently enlisted a male colleague, who tested both sizes directly on my machine -- a task requiring minimal expertise and no specialized training. Only after determining the correct size did this employee inform me that a $25 service charge applied -- a fee neither he nor his colleague had disclosed beforehand. Had I been informed in advance, I would have simply purchased both candidate belts, tested them at home, and returned the incorrect one -- avoiding the charge entirely. While the establishment does post signage indicating a $25 hourly rate (with a $25 minimum) for servicing, I never requested a service; I sought only to purchase merchandise. Compounding matters, the store keeps all sewing machine components locked behind the counter, entirely inaccessible to customers, effectively compelling patrons to rely on staff assistance -- assistance that then incurs an undisclosed fee. I left feeling deceived and taken advantage of by a business practice that appears deliberately structured to manufacture billable interactions. I strongly encourage prospective customers to clarify all potential charges before allowing staff to handle their equipment. RV Renovators completely rebuilt the back wall and inside back cabinets in a short amount of time and even completed extra things I needed fixed in that same timeframe. The work was masterful! I saw no evidence of anything damaged when they were done! They also found several other things that urgently needed repair that I had no idea existed and took care of it! They were very communicative all along the way and I couldn't be more satisfied with their multiple areas of expertise. From the service manager to the wonderful office staff to the expert technicians, it was all the best RV repair experience we've ever encountered. I can't recommend them more! He looked over my RV took pictures to be given to authorities and made me feel safe! He listened and found repair shops for a1998 Ford Econiline E450. He documented everything down and took prints. That was on Friday now today Monday more damage has been done he said to come back he will make sure it's safe and call the police. This business went above and being their duty to try and keep me safe! This is the first business I can honestly say that about! I hope they know the service manager they have is the best all around! Rowley White was paid to repair and reseal the shower after a significant water leak. However, the shower began leaking again. After reviewing the caulking more closely, the workmanship appeared unacceptable. Areas had little or no caulk, there were large gaps, and it appeared that old, yellowed caulk had not been properly removed before new caulk was applied over it. See attached photos Instead of taking responsibility and professionally addressing these concerns, the service manager, Jeremy Solaro, became rude and dismissive. During a recorded conversation, he stated that he was "done with me" and was "not going to do this anymore." When I requested that the repair be handled at their Phoenix location because of the travel burden and my increasingly negative interactions with him, I was told, "It has to be done here." I was not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted the work that had already been paid for to be completed correctly and the recurring leak properly investigated. Rather than focusing on resolving the workmanship issues, management appeared more concerned with defending the repair and blaming maintenance. Most concerning, after I called the dealership out regarding the poor workmanship and continued to request accountability, I was informed that I was banned from returning as a customer. A dealership should stand behind its work, treat customers respectfully, and correct legitimate workmanship concerns. Customers should not be punished or banned for questioning repairs that appear incomplete or improperly performed. Based on my experience with both the shower repair and the treatment I received from management, I cannot recommend Rowley White RV.

The main issue was a water leak near the steps, which I documented and sent to them. Despite having my RV for over five weeks, they admitted via text that they hadn't touched the leak for more than three weeks because they were "waiting on backsplash tiles." I repeatedly told them the backsplash wasn't damaged and that I was leaving the state soon -- yet they delayed the repair anyway. When I finally picked up the RV, they told me it had been quality‑checked and that the leak was fixed. Within hours of plugging it in at my new home in Texas, the same area was leaking again. The repair was poorly done, as shown in my photos -- sealant smeared around fittings, loose clamps, and mismatched parts. When I contacted them, the response was simply, "Oh no, what do you want me to do?" -- no accountability, no apology, no solution. To make matters worse: * Two rear lights were left on, draining my truck battery overnight. * The gray tank valve was left open. * The awning fabric now looks damaged, though it wasn't before. * The faucet they were supposed to fix is still broken. This was my first fifth wheel, purchased new and used only four times. I trusted Rowley White RV to stand behind their product and warranty. Instead, I received delays, poor workmanship, and dismissive communication. The repair estimate even shows they were paid for the leak repair -- yet the leak remains. If you're considering service or warranty work here, document everything and inspect every inch before leaving the lot. My experience was unprofessional from start to finish.
