On the receipt it doesn't tell us it's non-refundable. When I reached out to Ron, he refused to answer calls and emails. Finally I reached him and he denied that he was the company I booked with. When I confronted him with evidence that he was indeed the man I booked with, he claimed he took a shuttle out of service to accommodate us, even though we cancelled 10 days before the trip.
