We live in one of America's most expensive cities and we fully understand the cost to travel. That being said, does this mean we still should not shop around to try and obtain the best price? Am I not allowed to call and ask for a quote and then decide to find a better deal?? According to this company, I am not. She said, "if your boss wants to come to Key West, he needs to learn to pay Key West prices." Lady, that isn't a problem, the issue is you are rude and not worth a dime. My God, eww!

Driver was suppose to contact us with name and number on Feb. 16th, and never did. On the wedding day, Saturday, February 17, driver called at 11:32am to confirm service and to say that service may be late because they had a pickup in Key West at the Airport and service may not start until 3:30pm or 4:00pm, which was unacceptable. Driver called back at 2:52pm and said he was still in Key west. He called a third time at 4:09pm to say he was one key (30 minutes away), by which time nearly all the guests had made their way to the wedding venue (changing travel plans and causing chaos). I disputed the charge through PayPal which has a fairly useless dispute process - although Florida Keys Shuttle offered to refund $450. Luckily, my PayPal is paid via an American Express card and I filed a dispute with AmEx and it was granted within a week and they reversed the charge. Don't waste your time with these unreliable fraudsters.
