Got us there on time and the flight was smoother than a commercial flight. Extremely professional and felt very safe. There were no commercial flights that fit my schedule. Even if one did, I would have to drive an hour north to TPA to catch it and go through TSA. Or I could drive 6 hours each way for a total of 12 hours in the car... Using Air Key West to get me there in a little over an hour on my schedule from my small airport next to my house totally spoils me. Arrived at Venice Airport (5 min from my house) at 7:35 a.m and was on the ground renting a car in Key West at 9:03 am. Will definitely use them again. Thank you!

I booked trip via Air Key West (AKW) to Havana, Cuba for guided day tour on 2/27/26. At AKW, the…read morelady issuing our visas (after asking each of us if we "were scared," told us we should've come a week later after Trump had invaded, (according to her, the island would no longer be communist & the embargo lifted, allowing us to buy rum and cigars). She also told us that it would be "no problem" to get passports stamped in Havana, or if they wouldn't, we could request it on a piece of paper. Upon arrival I asked our liaison if I could get a stamp. He said it was no problem, & to follow him. He had a word with our pilot (in Spanish) who shook his head disgustedly. The Liaison then turned around and said it was "impossible". So some pilot with no standing in Cuba, basically tanked that for us, (though one guy in our group actually got his stamped, so it's not like it was a regulation or anything). According to the itinerary from AKW, the tour would go from the Airport to the Hemingway Home. We'd then go to Cojimar (village where Hemingway launched his boat & fictional home of the "old man" in Old Man and the Sea) followed by a few hours in Havana Vieja where we'd lunch & visit Hemingway haunts like Bodeguita Del Medio, El Floridita, and Ambos Mundo Hotel. After leaving the Hemingway Home, I asked the guide when we'd be going to Cojimar. He said that wasn't/never had been part of tour. When I mentioned it being on Itinerary, he said it never had been. Due to huge data rates on Cuba, I couldn't pull up/show him the online itinerary, which the owner (Rob) acknowledges is still on the website and "probably needs to be changed". We went to Havana Vieja, walked around, & while the guide pointed out the Ambos Mundo hotel, we just kept walking. When I spoke to Rob 2 weeks ago, he said Cojimar was taken off tour when the restaurant closed... during covid. Yet, Cojimar is still on the itinerary while lunch is listed on the itinerary as being at Paladar in Havana. If the lunch location was edited on itinerary because Cojimar could no longer play host, & that resulted in no longer visiting the village,, why not remove Cojimar from the itinerary at same time... I mean, the restaurant closed 6 years ago!!! In conversations with Rob, he kept reiterating changes in tour can be made WITH SUBSTITUTIONS by guides at their discretion in case of events like a power outage. There was no power outage (and why would that matter in a fishing village anyway) and no substitutions were made. The trip was $1,342. I requested $250-$300 refund. Rob denied it, saying, "Even when we went to Cojimar, we only stayed for about 5 minutes & it's very run down, now". I feel that between omitting Cojimar & just pointing out Ambos Mundo hotel (not going into museum on the 5th floor, explicitly mentioned in itinerary & for which admission-while small- was paid as part of trip cost) I deserve at least a partial refund. The fact it's taken over 3 weeks to even get a response is equally ridiculous. The buckpassing at AKW is extraordinary. Everything from the guide supposedly "not knowing they once went to Cojimar because "he must be new"" to "it's at their discretion" to my personal favorite, "that's just how things go in Cuba." I feel like AKW thought they could just throw whatever on the tour and people would be fine. I came to see the Hemingway haunts in an exotic locale. I also thought (with Cojimar) that I'd get a small taste of what "real Cuba" was like. But no, we were taken to the Hemingway home & while we can't go in, we were told we could get pics. We were also told by our guide that we were expected to pay workers to take pics of the inside for us (again we'd already paid admission via our trip cost) It was very disappointing given that I'd wanted to make this trip for literally over 2 decades, and even more frustrating to be told "that's just Cuba"

This is a nice free way to travel around Key West. Whether you just was a low-key non-narrated…read moresightseeing tour through the streets of Key West or you don't feel like doing much walking, this is the way to go. We arrived by cruise ship (Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady) to Mallory Square, where we took a very short walk to stop #4, which is the closest to the port. There are usually 2 air-conditioned buses but today there was just 1 short bus which holds about 14 people. There are a total of 18 stops in the continuous loop. The loop takes about 35-40 minutes to make a complete loop. If you are looking to go to the public beach, you would want to get get off at stop #7 and if you want to go to the bouy at the southernmost point of Key West for that famous picture, you will want to get off at stop #10. At each stop, there is a pole with a QRC code to scan, and it gives you the real-time location of the bus. The bus driver is not really able to have a tour conversation while driving because he really needs to keep his eye on the road because of the traffic and tourists who wander the streets. The driver does accept tips for the free ride around town. I recommend this mode of transportation if you want to see the town of Key West.

It does get packed in the mornings, so just have patience and be OK with being packed in there. There's an app that will tell you where the bus is on the route. Just be patient. It's free. Honestly the worst experience I could have imagined from a shuttle service. I originally booked…read morewith them for my wedding on Saturday due to the suggestion of the venue. The first red flag was when we called to also add Friday services to the venue as well as Wednesday/ Thursday shuttles for our out of town guests. Mitchell continued to call me until 11:30 pm until finally my fiancé said I was sleeping and to stop. After talking with my wedding coordinator she said he was just "unprofessional" and didn't know how to handle business. I trusted her so I still booked with him as it did seem like a deal. Wednesday/ Thursday was a shit show. He was begging our guests for tips (even though we told him we were taking care of it) and saying he wouldn't be able to pick anyone up the next day without making cash tonight. Not to mention he missed two of the pick ups. The cherry on top was his girlfriend (which why was she in the car) passing out in the front seat. The majority of our guests ended up having to Uber even after paying him thousands of dollars. He spent time on our wedding night at the bar (I can't confirm drinking or not) but either way highly unprofessional as well as spending time in the Photo Booth. Mitch is a very kind person however this business is poorly ran and was a huge waste of money due to his inability to run a business. I would highly suggest avoiding at all costs.

I am not sure where to begin because I was so disappointed with my experience. Here are all the…read moreissues we encountered: 1. The bus that arrived was the incorrect bus. Instead of a party bus, we received a shuttle bus with rows of seats--exactly what you would take to the airport. It was not even close to a party bus. 2. The company is completely dishonest. Sea The Keys assured me that they were a reliable company and to not trust the others. They warned other companies would come from Miami and not follow the contract¬--bring the wrong bus, arrive late, etc. I was appalled to learn from the driver that he was contracted from another company based in Miami. 3. I spent the entire car ride trying to reason over the phone with Mitch, the owner of the company, about how to remedy the scenario. He was completely unprofessional. Several times he said he would order the driver to go straight back to Miami and leave us alongside the road. He demanded I sign a new contract even though I told him I had been drinking and uncomfortable with such a request. 4. After an hour of negotiation, we settled with Mitch to pay $300 instead of $600. We had to agree to pay $300 on the spot (rather than the following day which we asked to do) or he would have the driver leave us an hour away from where we were staying. I feel the $300 was unfair and potentially fraudulent. 5. Also, the sound system did not work. The cord to plug in a phone was not working. The radio was so full of static, it hurt our ears. I ordered the party bus for my sister's bachelorette party a couple of months in advance. Sea The Keys directed me to photos of the bus we would be getting, shared how we could hookup the sound for dancing, and said there would be soda provided. I was so excited for this activity, which was going to be a highlight of the weekend. The week of the event, I emailed and called the company several times to make sure all was going to run smoothly. It was frustrating that they did not respond. I eventually got a hold of them and we confirmed the party bus, pickup time, etc. There are many other companies to choose from in the Keys. DO NOT CHOOSE this company.
