Honestly the worst experience I could have imagined from a shuttle service. I originally booked with them for my wedding on Saturday due to the suggestion of the venue. The first red flag was when we called to also add Friday services to the venue as well as Wednesday/ Thursday shuttles for our out of town guests. Mitchell continued to call me until 11:30 pm until finally my fiancé said I was sleeping and to stop. After talking with my wedding coordinator she said he was just "unprofessional" and didn't know how to handle business. I trusted her so I still booked with him as it did seem like a deal. Wednesday/ Thursday was a shit show. He was begging our guests for tips (even though we told him we were taking care of it) and saying he wouldn't be able to pick anyone up the next day without making cash tonight. Not to mention he missed two of the pick ups. The cherry on top was his girlfriend (which why was she in the car) passing out in the front seat. The majority of our guests ended up having to Uber even after paying him thousands of dollars. He spent time on our wedding night at the bar (I can't confirm drinking or not) but either way highly unprofessional as well as spending time in the Photo Booth. Mitch is a very kind person however this business is poorly ran and was a huge waste of money due to his inability to run a business. I would highly suggest avoiding at all costs. read more

I am not sure where to begin because I was so disappointed with my experience. Here are all the issues we encountered: 1. The bus that arrived was the incorrect bus. Instead of a party bus, we received a shuttle bus with rows of seats--exactly what you would take to the airport. It was not even close to a party bus. 2. The company is completely dishonest. Sea The Keys assured me that they were a reliable company and to not trust the others. They warned other companies would come from Miami and not follow the contract¬--bring the wrong bus, arrive late, etc. I was appalled to learn from the driver that he was contracted from another company based in Miami. 3. I spent the entire car ride trying to reason over the phone with Mitch, the owner of the company, about how to remedy the scenario. He was completely unprofessional. Several times he said he would order the driver to go straight back to Miami and leave us alongside the road. He demanded I sign a new contract even though I told him I had been drinking and uncomfortable with such a request. 4. After an hour of negotiation, we settled with Mitch to pay $300 instead of $600. We had to agree to pay $300 on the spot (rather than the following day which we asked to do) or he would have the driver leave us an hour away from where we were staying. I feel the $300 was unfair and potentially fraudulent. 5. Also, the sound system did not work. The cord to plug in a phone was not working. The radio was so full of static, it hurt our ears. I ordered the party bus for my sister's bachelorette party a couple of months in advance. Sea The Keys directed me to photos of the bus we would be getting, shared how we could hookup the sound for dancing, and said there would be soda provided. I was so excited for this activity, which was going to be a highlight of the weekend. The week of the event, I emailed and called the company several times to make sure all was going to run smoothly. It was frustrating that they did not respond. I eventually got a hold of them and we confirmed the party bus, pickup time, etc. There are many other companies to choose from in the Keys. DO NOT CHOOSE this company. read more

Reserved a ride to take us out to a restaurant at 7:30 on a Saturday night. They said they'd be there and then stood us up. No show. Did not answer any of our calls. When the thing you say you do is provide transportation from point A to point B, then you should probably do that. Especially when you explicitly commit to doing it. Just horrible. There are worse things that can happen, and we still had a great night, but I'm providing a public service by telling people to avoid this business. read more

Our driver Mitchell was great! We had a large van take 6 of us from Islamorada to Key west for the day! We stopped along the way at various tiki bars and sights. Mitchell was very engaging and informative of the Florida keys history! We had a great experience and are glad we did it with Sea the keys! read more

I was part of a group vacationing in Marathon, Florida and some of us wanted transportation from Marathon to Key West and back. Mitchell and his fiancee transported 18 of us in a van and SUV. They remained in Key West for the entire afternoon and evening while our group went sightseeing, visited bars and restaurants and went on a sunset cruise. Mitchell provided commentary, sharing some area history and pointing out sights to our rather boisterous group. Both Mitchell and his fiancee were patient and helpful and all of the riders had a great time and were complementary of the service. We hope to use Sea the Keys Transportation again next year when we visit. read more

I wish zero was an option. Used them to transport a group from Fort Lauderdale airport to key west, then back again a few days later. We were supposed to have a party bus which ended up being a van with a trailer hitch. Not a big deal but not what we were expecting. The ride down was fine, but the ride back was terrible. Both the owner and his wife drove us back, they were over 30 minutes late to pick us up which in turn made one of our girls late for her flight. At one point they proceeded to tell us that we could get out of the van and walk to the airport if we weren't happy with the timing.... ??? What company owners say that, especially when they were the ones running late. These people were either on their phones chatting the entire time or yelling at each other about farting and coupons. Seriously I wouldn't bother with them. And then had the nerve to call us after they dropped us off asking why we didn't leave a gratuity. read more

I've made a Yelp account just for this guy. I'm normally someone who does not complain but he deserves it. It started with him calling my wife (who booked the trip) at 11:00am, which was our pickup time, to inform us that he was running late because he had to sign some papers. He told us he'd meet us at our house at 11:30 sharp. He was also 20 minutes late for that time. After picking us up 50 minutes late, we were informed that he didn't have the coolers or ice on the bus that was promised in his advertisement and that we were expecting. To rectify the no ice situation, he made us stop at this place called Robbie's, which we didn't ask to stop at, and he said he would get ice while we got a drink and shopped around. We did our shopping and got back on the van and he had not gotten the ice. He took our coolers to the bars ice machine that employees use and began scooping ice out of the machines all while employees were yelling at him that he must pay for it. He ignored them and got back on the bus! During the trip he must have taken 10-15 phone calls, about half of which were personal, and a few were apparent spats with his ex wife. At the end of the trip he had the gall to beg for a tip immediately when he dropped us off. We were going to give him one, but he begged for it when truthfully he didn't really deserve it. I definitely do NOT recommend this company for your transportation needs. read more

Reserved a cab to take us snorkeling on Saturday morning at 8:30. They stood us up. They gave me a number to call 305-453-2222 didn't answer. We almost missed our boat. The janitor at the property took us and we barely made it. read more

awesome time! we rented a bus to take us and a large group of friends to key west from islamorada for a night of partying... the driver, Mitchell, was great and very good with our roudy group. he took great care of us and got us to and from in great time and was so friendly!!
