The kayak was more comfortable than we expected & we stayed out for four hours. I have attached a photo of our route with some pictures. They loaned us a waterproof phone case which was essential. We had a pretty significant downpour which added excitement. This was definitely a highlight of our trip to the Keys. The price is right and Brian & his assistant really set us up well. Remember to call if they turn you away at the gate. I would also call a day ahead to let them know when you are coming.

We had the worst experience here. Both rooms we reserved had roaches. See photo. We reserved an…read moreADA-compliant room months in advance, only to be told no such rooms were available and that it is subject to availability! Meanwhile, one of the party members, who uses a wheelchair, was unable to take a shower in the assigned room. I had to argue with them, and then an ADA-compliant room appeared the next day. We paid for diamond-level service, but it was poor service all around. It is the level of service we've received at less expensive resorts. You are assigned a service representative (mayordomo), and the person assigned never spoke to us. When I called him, he said he was too busy to help us. We were reassigned to Kelvin, who did his best to help us. We've been to Punta Cana several times and stayed at several different resorts. This was definitely the worst experience. Save your money and avoid a headache and book elsewhere.

We met everyone and Craig was wonderful at explaining everything as we went along. He and his wife drove us to each location. Some were restaurants where we sampled tacos, shrimp, the best key lime pie I've had and fish dip. Other places were a small art gallery, an olive oil and vinegar gift shop (loved It!!) and historical locations that we wouldn't have known about. This was a very good tour and we really enjoyed exploring the area. Craig answered all of the group's questions whether about the current locations we were in or other highlights of the area. I specifically booked the large limo-style bus, and instead they showed up with a shuttle bus. The driver said the original vehicle was in the shop, but this was for my wedding day--no one reached out to inform me ahead of time. I chose this company specifically for that vehicle, so it was really disappointing. At least they are a dependable ride.
