Found this place online during Black Friday sales. When I first read some of the reviews on Yelp I was a bit hesitant, but the price was right. Once we got there everything was great, Jose at the front desk was awesome and helpful. Looks like they have been fixing and keep updating the place. The few comments I would note are petty. So here they are update the cheap ice buckets, put nicer (not plastic) wine and drinking glasses in the kitchenette. Replace the plastic toilet paper holder with bar code. This place is nice enough to support these items being upgraded. We were in #14 cabana and other than these few petty things I mentioned everything else was great. It was cool out so I don't know if the room would be hot in the summer. I didn't get to see the other rooms, but our room was clean and spacious. We had three different types of pillows (soft, medium, firm) so that was great. The bed was comfortable as well. Located off of Duval St. not on it upper duval area. There are a lot of nice places close by (Rum Bar, Uva, La Te Da, Flamingo crossing ice cream, Banana cafe). Safety note: They need to adjust the main front door that leads to the courtyard area. It closes really slow and stays open. I did hear some of the ladies commenting on it. I would recommend the Douglas House and hopefully going back soon. read more

Their security is the worse. Their door codes are unreliable. Takes minimum 15 minutes to get into your room. And their is no one at the front desk after 7 pm. Worse door code entries! read more

We visited in July 2025 and were very pleased with our stay. The location is on the quieter side of Duval so having to walk to Mallory or some of the other more popular locations could be a concern if that is what you are interested in. We rented bikes and didn't mind the extra travel. The hotel is several historical KW homes together and an annex across the street. You can get hotel like rooms, larger condo or apartment like accommodations. We stayed in the Christmas Palm with a queen bed and additional loft with another queen bed. It had a HUGE personal balcony overlooking the garden area. It was perfect for my husband and I and we were in love with the balcony. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. He showed us around the property up to our room. After he left we immediately locked ourselves out of the room and had to go to the office for another key. He was so sweet and just laughed at us. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in the office after check out since we had a later flight. This place is for an older crowd. It's very quiet and peaceful. There was only one night I heard anyone being loud and it was not that bad. Also depending upon the room you select, those with mobility issues may have trouble getting around. Our room required walking up a skinny staircase so speak to office before reserving to make sure you have a room on the ground floor. The garden area in the back also has different elevation walk ways that could also be a problem for some. There is a small pool on site. Depth only went to 4 feet but it is nice to cool off in. It was never crowded when I was there only a couple of people most times. I would highly recommend Douglas House to any one wanting a quiet, peaceful stay. You feel like you are actually staying in an old historical house with all the Key West charm without actually paying to rent an actual house. I can't wait to go back!! read more

Service at Douglas House is terrible! Our flights were canceled due to weather so I called and talked to Kim about canceling our stay. She said due to policies The Douglas House would not be issuing any refund in full or partial. This cancellation was caused by circumstances out of my control but she didn't care at all. That's $1,200 that I will lose and they will gain for nothing. I would never book The Douglas House again and warn others that do. read more

Booked this hotel though Expedia. Upon arrival our room was assigned. It was NOT in the hotel behind a locked gate. We were in room 6 and it was located in a side ally with an unlocked gate to the street. Upon opening the door the smell was horrendous, the air was set on 84 on very hot in the room. My husband went into the bathroom and the toilet was not secured to the floor. We went back to the desk to report the problem. They assured us when we returned from dinner the would rectify the problem. Upon our return 3 hours later no one had even gone to our room. The office was closed for the evening. We stayed under protest because it was late. In the morning we went to the office when they opened. The front desk said management would do nothing to fix the problems BECAUSE we booked through EXPEDIA . We called Expedia and they opened a claim to receive a refund. We were out because the room was inhabitable. Two days later I received an email "EXPEDIA COULD DO NOTHING". Why book with company that wont help with rooms that were misrepresented. Filed a claim with travel insurance lets see what happens. read more

Quiet, quaint and cozy. Probably best for a mature crowd. The check-in process was super easy. We booked beforehand at a travel website thinking we got a good deal, but turns out, we could've saved 50 cents booking directly with them (haha!). Our room was clean; there was a high table with 2 bar stools in the room, a folder with wine selections that could be ordered to the room, a dresser, TV, Refrigerator, coffee maker. In addition, there is fresh coffee brewed by the pool every morning and also a variety of tea selections available. We also had 2 chairs available on the front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning. The pool area is small, there are about 6 lounge chairs around it. There is also a small pond with 2 chairs nearby, and a table/chair setup behind the pool area. Location was great with easy access to the southernmost point (for cool touristy pics), Duval street, beaches, and about a 20 minute walk to Mallory square/sunset pier. Parking- Free. There is street parking in front of the main office/rooms, but also a dedicated parking lot for Douglas House Visitors about a block away. You receive a parking decal at check-in. COVID precautions- plastic shields in check-in area providing a barrier between staff and guests; staff is wearing a masks, hand sanitizer available. Room was clean, TV remote wrapped in plastic. All guests required to wear mask around pool area (not while inside), and while walking around premises. read more

Terrible experience. Had workers painting and drilling and sanding at 8 am 2 feet from our door friday and sat am. Asked on friday to change rooms if they were coming back Saturday and was told they were not. Sat am they were back working and yelling. So we were lied too and never offered a refund or room Change. It's been a while since I reviewed a hotel and Douglas House is definitely one to keep in mind when you visit Key West. It's a hidden little gem on Amelia St and literally a few steps from the Duval strip. The front main office looks small but once you enter the courtyard with a pool, you are surrounded by multilevel historic style buildings. Each building has about 2 - 4 rooms or suites and some even have 2 levels. I've tried booking a 2 queen loft suite but they tend to get sold out often but I'm happy with the one we stayed at. Our double queen room was very clean and super spacious with nice amenities. It featured 2 comfy beds, separate sitting area, fridge, microwave, TV, cold A/C with wireless remote, and a cool modern bathroom (no tub) complete with toiletries and blow dryer. The best part of this ground floor room was the private front porch. We loved just sitting there while chatting and having cocktails. It was relaxing. We came here around October after the hurricane so the rate we got was a bargain for this type of accommodation. We paid $130 per night but their normal rate starts around $200 and up for a double. They also have free parking for guests which is about a block away so it's pretty convenient rather than paying street parking. I highly recommend this quaint hotel and will definitely stay here again if I find good rates. read more

Douglas House was a great experience for us. I went with my 19-year-old daughter and her best friend and the friend's mom. We stayed in a two-level unit which worked out great for two families. My daughter and I were in the downstairs bedroom, and the other mom and daughter had a loft bedroom upstairs. My dog was also there and was welcomed with a special dog area for his food and water. The accommodations were very nice and spacious. There was a small pool and free coffee by the pool every morning. The landscaping was very lush and tropical. Best of all, the location just off Duval Street was amazing! We enjoyed having free parking on the premises, but we mostly walked everywhere and rarely had to use the car. Douglas House is in a great location, close to everything, and we had our choice of restaurants and Key Lime pie places every night! Gift shops were all around us as well. And we could walk to some of the famous Key West sites. Fantastic place to be. The staff were always nice, helpful and professional. I ended up leaving some clothes in a dresser drawer and realized it after I left my vacation. The Douglas House employee I spoke to was very nice and shipped my things back to me right away (for a reasonable charge to my credit card). I was grateful for that! I would definitely stay at Douglas House again for another trip to Key West. read more

Has a huge balcony with an extra room which we didn't use unfortunately, but highly recommended:) Great service we planned another trip to stay out their again. Called to see if we could check in early, checkin is 4:00. We got there at noon and placed our luggage in the office with several others that were waiting for their rooms as well. We came back at 4 to see that everyone else had been able to checkin. We finally were able to get to our room, it was very very hot outside and the room was not very cool. We turned the air to make it cooler but it was not cooling off. We went to the office to see what was going on with the air and he came up and changed the filters. Still no cool air, at this point all the day staff had gone home. We saw earlier in the day around 1, the manager of the office and the GM of the facility discussing our room, this is when they knew the air wasn't working and decided not to let us know. Instead they checked us in to an upstairs room with no air conditioning in 100 degree weather. They offered to bring us fans. The front desk guy said he would call the repairman, we went to dinner and came back with fans in the room just circulating the hot air. We could not sleep in that heat and had to move hotels at 9 pm. They knew there was an issue at noon and chose not to let us know. Trying to get help from someone that could actually do something was impossible. This place has the rudest GM and I would recommend finding a better place to stay! By the way the air in the office was working perfectly and our room was right above the office. read more

I stayed here for a few nights. This was an adorable, homey kind of place. This small boutique hotel felt pretty cozy. There's a small pool and some areas to lounge in and read a book. I enjoyed the sounds of a water creek in the area and the surrounding plants, which made me feel even more relaxed. The services provided by the staff was excellent. There was a time when I needed to clean a small wound, and they had a first aid kit to assist. The staff here is quite friendly. The location was also nice. We pretty much walked and rode bikes all over the neighborhood. Restaurants and cafe shops nearby. Lots of places to walk to. The parking lot can be limited depending on when you park your car. Not sure if it's like this all the time or only during peak season, which is when I went. I did however got lucky and found a parallel parking spot in the neighborhood that wasn't marked as "residential". I also did not like the carpet situation. It definitely needs to be replaced and was not appealing to look at, as it was extremely dirty. Not sure if this carpet contributed to the warmth of the room and to the insect bites that I received each night. For the type of weather in the area, I think wood flooring with an area rug, or a low pile carpet instead would be best. I would stay again, but in a different room that's a little more clean and updated. Overall, it was the type of service received, the surrounding hotel facilities, and the location that would want me to stay here. Not the bugs!!! read more

My sister and I thouroghly enjoyed our stay at the Douglas House. All of the staff we interacted with were very helpful and kind. Especially Carlos. He always took time to point us to interesting places and dining spots. We would definitely return. read more

Having a great time loved the resort and location then the Owner lost his marbles and began stalking us around the pool eavesdropping on private conversations, threatening us and very aggressively ordering us to leave his facility because "he did not like our attitudes" the issue stemmed around us playing music on our phone (not offensive or explicit music). Volume was very low and no other guest were at the pool. When he made us aware of the sign that said you are not allowed to play music unless your on your headphones we turned the music off. At that point he said we had 20 minutes to leave his property. He literally called the police to have us escorted from his property. Extremely humiliating and stressful as we were two women alone in KW who had no other place booked. He was absolutely horrible and proved that if at any point he wants you to leave you will. Regardless of if you have somewhere to stay or not. ;( read more

We had a reservation for July 29, 2024 and check out July 30, 2024 as we were just planning on passing through Key West. The reservation was made on the night of July 28, 2024 as we were in St Augustine, FL for the night. Got up the next morning of July 29, 2024 for our drive to Key West and the transmission in the rental car a 2024 Santa Fe with just over 6,000 miles on it went out. That was a 6 hour delay for another rental car to be available and no way we're we going to make it Key West . So I canceled the booking after taking to Douglas House and explaining the situation the cancelation was accepted. They still charged my credit card the full price of the room. They said cancelation must be done 48 hours in advance. How was I suppose to do that since it had been less than 12 hours since I made the reservation??? Not good business there. I called several different B&B's and the Douglas House was the only one who had availability for Labor Day weekend with a good rating and parking. (If you ever spend the weekend in Key West your B&B or hotel then must have private parking FYI) I made the reservation direct on the phone and the gentleman who helped me was so nice and so helpful - that right there was a nice start. When we arrived, same situation. There were two men in the front desk area who were very nice and very welcoming upon check-in. Our room was spotless, extremely clean and a great size for just me and my husband. Even had a little kitchenette area which was fantastic for us to store water, reheat things up in the microwave, etc. The B&B is also situated very close to the Southernmost point which was quiet but has a lot of good restaurants and activities and not too far of a walk for you to dabble into the busier side of Duval. The B&B has a small pool which is a perfect size for just the guests staying at the hotel. They offer hot tea and coffee all day poolside. They also sell bottles of wine and bottles of champagne at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely stay here again - loved it! read more

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I never do reviews on yelp, but it was so bad I had to. The ac WINDOW unit was broken when we arrived and was a minimum of 90 degrees in the room. They gave us the run around for hours until they agreed it was broken and they couldn't fix it. Mind you they knew before we entered the room that it was broken. It was now 9pm they had no rooms available and we had to find a new hotel in key west. There were no hotels available near duval street that were even close to the rate we were paying, it was at least $300+ more to stay. Since it was so last minute and most places were fully booked. They did nothing to pay the difference in the rate. We had to stay 20 minutes away from duval street and still pay extra for it. We all know if I cancelled at 9pm I would have a cancellation fee, but if they cancel on me I get nothing. On top of that I talked to the general manager, he was beyond rude said "I was lucky to get a refund" and hung up on me. If you like AC when it's 95 degrees out then I suggest you do not stay here!! read more

Let me first start by saying this was our honeymoon. I had stayed here before years ago and thought I was making the best decision to re visit with my new husband. After a very very early morning flight and 3+ hour drive from Miami we couldn't wait to check in and settle in for the night to awake refreshed and ready for the beautiful week we planned. Upon unpacking we discovered an ant infestation in our bathroom-- they were crawling all over the sink and counter tops. We went down to the front desk and one of the gentleman re-cleaned our bathroom for us. Since there were zero water bottles in our room as well as NO body bar soap my husband and I exhausted as we were went walking around to find a store that was open. We returned to find the bathroom cleaning did not work and ants were still coming out of the sink. Again, we headed down to the from desk & the room was again cleaned by the gentleman from the front desk with a ton of bleach. Absolutely NOTHING was offered to us as an apology... not even a $20 bottle of champagne they keep behind the desk-- it was our HONEYMOON and we weren't made to feel at all special even after having to deal with ants in our room. The ants never really went away and we discovered they were even IN our shower. Secondly... the room was filthy. I spilled a bottle of water on the tile floors and after wiping it up my paper towel was BLACK from dirt. The floors can't possibly be mopped daily or even before new visitors if simply cleaning up water brought up that much dirt. There were stains on the bathroom floor and all the lamps were dusty and dirty. Does it take that much time to wipe down all the furniture before someone is checking in? Last but certainly not least. We returned one afternoon to FRESH BLOOD on our duvet cover as well as our pillow cases!!! We were reimbursed for only 1 night due to the blood on the sheets. For over $300 a night I would truly expect better from this establishment. I was largely disappointed. read more

If you're trying to make the best of a vacation you planned months in advanced, and listened to the friends or yours or locals about still coming to the keys for a good time during all this Covid craziness.. please pick another place to stay! Our group was so excited to stay here with the layout of the rooms surrounding a pool in different little styled buildings, we had 7 rooms booked total for our large group in hopes of spending quality time together since we haven't seen most of each-other in a year. We all got there around the same time and met at the pool once all were settled. Then the harassment started. We all were surrounded in the pool as a circle (due to Covid didn't want to be as close as we usually would be and we're trying to be respectful) and had music playing on a boom box during the day as there was no music or anything like that playing by the hotel, the staff then came out and told us no music was allowed and to turn it off. Understandable. The person playing the music turned it low thinking okay we were just playing it too loud that the office could hear it and it was distracting. Again they came out and we were then told to just turn it off completely so we did so. We didn't want problems or to give staff problems. And then again for a 3rd time staff came out, my group was then told that the OWNER was watching us on the cameras and that this hotel is not a "party hotel", that we need to wear mask in the pool, and that you cannot have a glass at the pool. Fine no glass we understand. But the mask in the pool? There was a sign in our rooms, and on the wall saying in the pool area mask was not needed in the pool.. we made sure of it. And being told not a party hotel, left us all thinking what? We had just gotten there within the hour and having our first drink by the pool all together?? It doesn't stop there. Finally we felt so uncomfortable after all of this, and went back to our rooms to just go get ready and head out to Duval Street. We wore our mask everywhere, took all the precautions due to the new norm for the Covid-19 especially for such a small place dealing with rising numbers, and still tried to make it a good weekend. The very next day now the staff was calling my cell phone asking how many people were staying in my room, and SOME (2 others) of the other people in our group the same question about their rooms. I was told "the owner saw there was more people then accounted for on the reservations and he was watching us on the cameras". Again feeling uncomfortable with this I didn't really question much.. or get why they kept pushing this and told them me and the girl on my reservation, plus our husbands. Nothing else was said and all was fine and dandy, but again confused as to WHY we are now being called during our vacation the next day about our group?! As we're getting on an excursion for the day?! The rest of the 3 night 4 day stay we stayed away from the hotel as much as we could, as we all felt uncomfortable with how we were being treated. When checkout came 2 in my group were harassed about the number of people again per room. Asking how many people were in everyone's room but seemed to have missed the other 4 rooms booked.. apparently they didn't even realize they were in our group as well or think to "watch" them on the cameras! I was then charged more money for our husbands not being accounted for which I didn't know was a problem since they said nothing about it on the phone call prior? Or that them staying in our same bed was a problem so be aware to have your exact number of people if you do stay here, so you're not harassed and being "watched" your whole vacation. Or heaven forbid you are single and you met someone and brought them back to your room for the night you'd be charged for that extra "body" LOL. I know this is long, but really wanted to get the point across if you're a group of more than 4 stay somewhere else, or are single and plan on having a good time with someone for the weekend in your room. If I could take back picking this place I would. I was embarrassed more than anything picking this spot for our get together for a 30th birthday, and it really put a damper on our visit. If it wasn't for the treatment we received this would have been a no brainer place for us to stay again! We visit the keys at least twice a year but my whole group won't be back here and was extremely disappointed with this treatment as a "party group". Stay elsewhere. read more

Nice group of those small-ish structures near the heart of the "entertainment district" Key West - Duval Street. But far enough removed to where you can go to sleep at a reasonable hour. If you are a party animal looking to stay up by the pool drinking, go stay at a hotel. This is a great place for couples looking to have a nice trip away but show up to work Monday ready to get back after it. No big lobby, restaurant, or even breakfast but chances are good you'd want to try many of the delicious offerings nearby anyway. There is plenty of coffee, water, ice, etc out near the pool. It's perfect for what it's for - what I needed. Reasonably priced, private, clean, comfortable place to stay with a fantastic location. read more

Love love love this bed & breakfast. Whether you rent a villa or a room you shall not be disappointed. We stayed in the guest rooms and us 4 girls had a great time. There is a downstairs living area complete with TV, comfy chairs, full kitchen and half bath. Then you take a flight of stairs to the sleeping area. The sleeping area in our room was complete with 2 queen size beds, TV, full bathroom & washer/dryer (MAJOR PLUS). Both upstairs and downstairs have balconies. I really liked the high ceilings and the view of the lighthouse. If staying in the guest rooms, the entrance is right on ducal street which is great if you're willing to take a semi-long walk to the "lively" part of duval (bars). The pool is a little small but very welcoming, it's all you need at a bed and breakfast. All in all I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast for girls trips or couples getaway alike. Ps. We spent 3 nights in the Christmas Palm room, perfect for what we were looking for. The place was fully booked but we only saw guests in passing. It was Labor Day weekend so there were some small parties in rooms but nothing out of hand or too late. The property is great, well maintained and clean. COVID policies were followed and staff was great. Property was pet friendly and my pup enjoyed the room more than we did. We stayed here only two nights but it was a great experience. The rooms are very clean, flat screen TV, comfortable queen beds and cold a/c. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. This was our first trip to Key West and we are sure glad we stayed here. You are only about 300 feet from Duval street where all the action is and only a short walk to the ocean. Amelia street itself is a quiet street and you get a great nights sleep. We stayed in #8 which is above the office. It is a newly remodeled room with new paint flooring and bathroom. We had plans to stay here for my 30th birthday celebration but then Irma hit and caused a lot of destruction in the area (throughout ALL the keys which you need to drive through to get here). Instead of providing a full refund, they were incredible rude and disrespectful. Their website also claimed Key West was not ready for visitors but after we called they changed their website saying they are open. SHADY. STAY HERE if you want the best, easiest, friendliest service + stay. Everything will be done for you with utter politeness and from-the-heart help. Front desk staff: GURU MAGICIANS. Real, down to earth, laid back people that will literally take care of ANYTHING you can think up. We wanted bikes -- bam, rental place picked us up 5 min after call. Parasailing and snorkeling? Front desk magician hooked us up with a local biz that does semi-private SAIL eco-friendly tours at amazing rates ($89/person for morning trip lasting til 4pm). Like ghosts and creepy crawlies? There's a late night tour for that. Location: PERFECT. You're 2 or 3 blocks away from loud partying and cutest boutiques, which gives you quietest rest @ shortest walking distance. Safety: It's fenced in and no crazy people were around, like some hotels with porches on Duval St. Room: Cute cabin meets full kitchen and together, they partay. A full size stove and tons of counter space?? So nice. Had we stayed longer, we totally would've taken advantage. Bed is upstairs in a loft, totally cozy and romantic. I adored the crazy staircase going up to loft. Place has personality! Parking: they'll hook you up! You won't be left stranded. They got a lil lot out back and they'll watch for street spots for you. Oh, and did I mention free unlimited available-at-all times hot tea and coffee?? I love my hot tea and finally here I didn't have to microwave it. All kinds of maps are around the coffee bar, awesome pool and hang out lounge spots, everything is made FOR YOU and it's impossible not to have an awesome memorable raving time!! I'm not sure what other places got going, but SERVICE to me is what fosters an unforgettable, easy, chillax experience and I'm only staying here from now on. We love this place!! Douglas House has so much character and charm. Each room is different and has its own private sitting area and convenient access to both pools, and the jacuzzi. It is right off Duval Street and can feel worlds away but you can be right in the all the fun within minutes! There is no food or drink served on site but there is a coffeemaker and a mini fridge in the room. The parking is a pain because it is a down the street, despite that, this is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit Key West. read more

If I could give no stars I would. We had a group of 16 people paying probably about 5-7k here for a weekend for a friends 30th birthday. Check in went in smooth but all downhill from there. We decided to go to the pool and brought a speaker with volume on 10... at 3pm in the afternoon. One of the workers came out to tell us to turn off music or lower so we lowered the volume and moved it. He came out a second time and said this is not a party hotel very rudely and said to turn off. No one else was at the pool or could hear from a room. He then came out about 20 minutes later to tell us we need to be wearing masks in the pool (even though a sign said don't have to in the pool), said we can't play music on someone's phone even though it was his ring tone going off and basically just killed the whole vibe for the pool and not feeling welcomed. Then to the rooms the beds extremely uncomfortable and creaky. Good location but the staff overall was not friendly at all and would never stay there again. Room was great. Close to everything. Bike rentals next door let us travel the island (they also rent electric cards and scooters). Rooms were big, the wife and i stayed in the upstairs loft and my father in law in the bedroom downstairs. balcony view onto duval is fantastic - however it could get noisy, especially during event weeks/weekends. free wireless internet. room cleanliness was average. house is a little old and the cleaning lady did not change the sheets our second night. however for the price i would definitely come again. read more

We have been coming to the Keys for 20 years now at least 3 times a year and have stayed in many places. Douglas House is now our place to stay! Love the atmosphere and location. We stay in the back cottages by the pool and they are great! YES you will have bugs and our "other" guests in your room as it is Florida. I live in Florida and occasionally have them in my house but that comes with the territory! The price for Douglas house is reasonable and well worth it. We will continue to stay here every year!! read more

To be fair, the hotel is clean and in a great location. Some of the rooms are charming, but it is very much a buyer beware hotel. This is our second and last stay @ Douglas House. The biggest issue is a complete lack of focus on hospitality. It begins @ Check in where you are greeted by an absurd rules list that requires initials by every rule. The last time I initialed a document this many times I was buying a car. Next we where informed that using a third party site like Booking.com is a mistake that cost us at least 10%. This news was delivered with a complete lack of sensitivity and felt punitive. Having stayed there before we booked a room at a similar price to the previous year. Thinking it would be a similarly sized somewhat quaint room. To our disappointment we learned that our room was ridiculously small and then we were informed that it was our fault. Wow. This place is amazing. A little gem in Key West. I read the reviews on yelp and was fearful for what I might find when I got down here because when you don't stay at a double tree or ramada....it's not clear why you may get...because pictures aren't always truthful. We were so impressed and 100% satisfied with our stay. I'll start with the great: Clean and beautiful rooms. We chose to stay in the royal Palm suite. It's known as their "honeymoon suite". While not on a honeymoon we like a nice room with a king sized bed. The room was huge. Very clean. The bathroom was so pretty. Slightly cramped but it's clear that they spent money remodeling. Moen fixtures and a huge shower! Private balcony is an absolute plus. Staff was very friendly. They are always out and visible maintaining the property. Sweeping leaves. Wiping down chairs. Everything is clean and sparking. They also offer free towels for the pool along with coffee and water at the bar downstairs. We loved their resident cat that hung out with us at the pool. Also, you can't beat an orchid tree outside your bungalow. We will stay here again. We were overly impressed. Ok now the bad. I gave it a 5 star review because the bad was so insignificant that I couldn't even take off a star The first major complaint was the water pressure in the shower. I felt like I was showering under a trickle of water which made my showers go much longer. It is also very pricy. We got a great room but it wasn't cheap! Finally. They have coffee makers in the room. And filters! NO COFFEE! I don't drink coffee so clearly I was indifferent but my fiancé was pissed when we woke up on our first morning and he was trying to get a cup brewed first thing and had no coffee. He had to walk to the circle k down the road. Overall highly recommend this little slice of heaven. We loved it! read more

This place is great especially if you are traveling with a lot of family. We went for a wedding and we booked all the rooms. We had the pool to ourselves. You can swim all hours which was very nice!! We had a small fridge that came in handy. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. I have zero complaints. read more
