This agency is renting out properties for under 28 nights even though they are not properly…read morelicensed that way. They use intentionally misleading and deceptive practices in their VRBO Listings which are non-refundable to try to trap people and steal from them. They do not disclose that they charge per person in the listings but they double the price on a property when you go from 1 to 2 people in a house that sleeps 18 people. Buyer beware if you are looking at one of their rentals. They are not credible.

Jaime Caballero called said I'm making calls and cable.guy is gonna be there to resolve tonight. 4 hours later no TV, and then we are told cable guy will be there at 8a.m. Saturday morning . Uea I came on vacation to get up at 8 a.m. for your cable issue. 8:15 a.m. cable guy there total about 2.5 to 3 hours messing around finally gets all tvs working, in the process Jaime Caballero calls me I am thinking she is just checking in or saying she is doing something for the inconvenience, No she says what no call to say thank you, you were quick to call and complain, Really I NEED TO.THANK YOU FOR DOIMG YOUR JOB!!!! I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

He " took me by the hand" to direct me how to open the owner portal that I couldn't get it to open with many times of changing password etc, and he had so much patience and kindness that I was impressed! When he came to my condo, he asked me if I need any thing else before he left, and that was very thoughtful of him to even ask. I had a serious issue with water intrusion from the upper unit that caused so much damages to my property including mold, that he was very transparent and offered his license contractor after 5 high estimates that I had, to fix the damages in very reasonable price. He came to check the results after he finished and made sure that it will be satisfactory. He shared his knowledge and guided me through the whole stressful process. Even on Saturday he picked up the phone and helped me with very delicate situation that I wasn't sure how to handle. His assistant Gabriella also very kind and responsive and has a lot of patience dealing with very flaky tenants some times that will not fallow up to view the property. She'll go the extra mile just to accommodate the client and I was very appreciative of the way she fallow through her promise. Which was beyond my expectation. This team: Jared and Gabriella, are the absolute best management property that you can count on to deliver results of good tenants and timely response and hard work that they'll not try to put off even in the weekends. They definitely earned from me 10 stars if I could give them here without a doubt! I highly recommend them for your management property with all my heart!

I called about a condo listed with Real Property and the guys there made it their business to make it as easy as possible from the time I called them, through the application process, and dealing with the homeowners association. They continue to be helpful even after we moved in when we had a minor issue with a leaky sink. We can make service requests and pay our rent online and it seems like there's always someone available to help. I think this should be the standard when renting a place. Thanks!

Everything was perfect...the house itself was gorgeous, the location was ideal, and the personal service we received from the staff at Vacation Homes of Key West was nothing short of amazing! We were so well cared for, and we could not possibly have asked for a better experience. Among other wonderful things I could say about the house, the kitchen stands out in particular. Some rental houses have the bare minimum when it comes to pots, pans and cooking utensils. Not this house! We had everything we needed to make excellent meals. And, of course, the pool was a wonderful extra...even though the beach is only a block away, we enjoyed the pool every day! Oh, and one more thing...the outdoor shower! That's the only place we showered for our entire stay. So fun! When we come back to Key West, we will rent again from Vacation Homes of Key West. In fact, we wouldn't want to go anywhere else! Pro One spot parking assign to a house. 4 individuals bedrooms, two kitchen, one swimming pool, courtyard, secure entry way. It is affordable during high season. Con The shower room cannot be open in one of bedrooms. The problem reported but they cannot fix till we move out 5 days later. The security alarm across the street court house sound every night. They cannot do about it. Carpet is a bit dirty in some room. We have to take the garbage out when we vacated with we paid extra for the cleaning fees. The best thing of this location is located right at the mile marker zero of US1. Very close to downtown for food. Central location for attractions.
