We saw a van drive by and got the tel # off the side of it and decided to give them a chance. What a delightful experience. We have used them a few times this week and both George and Laura will give you an estimated time that they will pick you up and are usually here early. They also call you when they arrive. They are very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The vans are extremely clean and roomy. If you need a taxi/cab that is wheelchair accessible it appears they have one that will accommodate you as well. Give them a call - you won't be disappointed.

We've been in Key West for a week and have used DB Taxi multiple times a day because my grandfather…read morerefuses to use Uber. Honestly, I'm glad he pushed us this way, because DB Taxi has been incredible. Their pricing is competitive with Uber, if not more affordable, and the service is genuinely next-level. Every car we rode in was spotless, the drivers were always on time, and the whole system they run is unbelievably efficient. Tonight we even met the owner, and watching him hustle, manage the business from the front seat, and still drive us professionally just showed how much pride they take in their work. We've been traveling back and forth from our place about 15 minutes from downtown and Duval Street with zero issues. I don't know how they keep it all running so smoothly, but I'm not asking questions. It's truly 10 out of 10 service. If you're in Key West, I would honestly recommend them over Uber. Can't say enough good things.

We arrived by cruise ship (Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady) to Mallory Square, where we took a very short walk to stop #4, which is the closest to the port. There are usually 2 air-conditioned buses but today there was just 1 short bus which holds about 14 people. There are a total of 18 stops in the continuous loop. The loop takes about 35-40 minutes to make a complete loop. If you are looking to go to the public beach, you would want to get get off at stop #7 and if you want to go to the bouy at the southernmost point of Key West for that famous picture, you will want to get off at stop #10. At each stop, there is a pole with a QRC code to scan, and it gives you the real-time location of the bus. The bus driver is not really able to have a tour conversation while driving because he really needs to keep his eye on the road because of the traffic and tourists who wander the streets. The driver does accept tips for the free ride around town. I recommend this mode of transportation if you want to see the town of Key West.

Used them twice while in Key West…read more 1st time, the driver came when asked to be there. That was nice. The bad thing was he was either impaired or crazy or/and both. Drove too fast, whipping around corners. Didn't drop us at the right location, dropped us several blocks too far. But I was happy to leave his cab alive, so I'll take what I can get. 2nd time, called and gave them name and address of where we were staying. 20 minutes go by, still no cab so I called again. They had sent the cab to a different "southernmost" location. Which is why I had given the address, because there is like 18 different "southernmost" places to stay in Key West. But driver who did come was very polite and nice. Not crazy or impaired. Got us to airport safely and I budgeted in the extra time so we were okay. Thank goodness I had read the other reviews saying they don't always come when you call, so I knew to call more than once when they didn't show up on time.
