We switched out our towels in day 3 and were good for the week. Located at the point of the marina, they have a perfect spot for watching the sunsets each evening.

She was loud rude and refused to let me tell her what I was told when I made my reservation. Additionally, when I told her you won't let me tell you what I was told she said your reservation is canceled and hung up on me. I immediately received an email saying my reservation was cancelled. I think she did it purposely because my rate was $80.00 per day as I booked months in advance and they now charge $138.00 per night. I have stayed at a lot of rv parks and this was the worst experience I ever had with a staff member! I would avoid this RV park for sure! Beware of Jolly Roger's!

No where to get food unless you go next door to the beautiful Koa campground or at Mangrove Mammas about 1/2 a mile away. Thank goodness we brought our bikes. There is no laundry facilities and the lagoon area you can't swim in. Makes no sense why they have kayaks and floating cabanas if you can't swim in the lagoon. The bathrooms were nice. The pool was relaxing but the walls were dirty in the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. We won't be back with our 45' Rv. Very tight spots.

The sites are narrow, and the space between sites is minimal. If this park is ever full, there will be many who will not be able to have their awnings out and possibly even their slide out opened. Most sites are very difficult to pull into or back down because of how unforgiving and tight the park was designed . Lack of staff means the floating picnic canopies are deflating and green. Their pool is/was completely unusable and green. Their bathroom floors were thick with dirt. They had multiple turnovers in management and staffing. Come prepared for these inconveniences and you will enjoy being so close to Key West. It's also a telling sign is that they constantly encourage you to go next-door to the KOA for laundry, the pool, the pub, and the beach. KOA is clearly a good neighbor.

Stay away from this place if you don't like dealing with HOAs. We rented a place maybe 30 feet from…read morethe water and when we got there, we got quite the list of rules that says that walking through someone's yard is trespassing. First off, the ONLY reason we rented this was because it was very close and was advertised as such. Secondly, maybe if you didn't want people walking through someone's "yard" (glorified trailer park), maybe you should add some space in between each lot instead of cramming everything as close as you can together. We were also told there would be a dryer and washer, nope. The least they could do is at least get different TV mounts because it was an absolute pain to connect anything to the HDMI port. If you want to live here, eh... If you came here for a vacation, be prepared to be disappointed.

Our full hookup site was clean, well maintained with a beautiful cement patio and gravel driveway surrounded by shady palm trees and tropical plants. The only negative to our time in paradise was our young working neighbors in 307 whose dog howled to all hours on several occasions plus the blaring evening rap music ruined any possibility of a peaceful evening on the patio.
