Amazing find on our recent vacation to Key West! First and foremost - their breakfast burrito is incredible. It comes in a spinach wrap with pico de gallo (fresh salsa), bacon, eggs, cilantro, veggies, and some kind of delicious sauce with medium spiciness. It was blasting with amazing flavor and I now wish this place existed where I live!!! We also tried some of their other breakfast sandwiches which were all very tasty as well: Key - bacon, eggs, and I think cheddar cheese on their Cuban bread. Havana - ham, egg, and Swiss on Cuban bread. Capri - fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto on Cuban bread. I personally did not try any of their coffee but they had a long list of various types and flavors (hot and cold) and none of my friends including my husband complained about any of it so I assume it was great. One thing to note is that they have fresh squeezed orange juice! Yummmm. I wish I found this place the first morning we were there instead of wasting money and calories at some mediocre lunch spot on Duval. Luckily, I found it the second morning and it is where we went every morning after that! I'm just sad that we had so many other places to eat at so we never had time to check out their lunch menu which is full of very promising sandwiches as well! read more

Stopped here for a smoothie and coffee. Cute little place that seemed very popular. It was packed so that was a good sign. We decided to stay for a bite to eat for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast. The avocado toast was served with eggs on the side. I had overeasy eggs cooked perfectly. I loved the quality of the bread which was topped with mashed avocado and diced tomatoes. It was pretty yummy. I thought, though, the price was a little high. $46 for two drinks and two orders of avocado toast. Having said that, I'd come back for the atmosphere, the drinks and that yummy avocado toast. Con....it would be nice if they'd post their Wi-Fi password for their customers. read more

I don't know if it under new management, but the service was rude, the copy I received tasted like chocolate milk, the tea that my friend ordered taste like sugar water, and they have no bathrooms. Overall, it was probably the worst experience we've had in Key West. read more

Super bummed to say but I straight up did not like anything I ordered. I tried the Capri breakfast sandwich, it was gross. The spinach or maybe the pesto was wayyy to salty and the whole thing was just not right. I had 2 bites and couldn't force the rest. Ordered an iced latter and it was also trash. My boyfriend was going to get the breakfast burrito but they don't have sour scream or salsa?? Wtf, essentials for a burrito. There's way better places in the area for breakfast, don't waste your money or time. read more

Cute spot in Key West. Came for breakfast, it was super slammed. Ordered the egg and american cheese and upgraded to a croissant. So good!!! The croissant was light, fluffy, and buttered. Egg was perfectly folded and the cheese was gooey. My friend got the sunrise breakfast which had ham, bacon, argula, egg on a corn tortilla. She said it was beyond delicious. Excellent espresso! A lot of coffee shops have nice espresso machines and grinders, but don't know how to properly use them or dial them in. I had the opportunity to have an amazing espresso here during my visit to Key West and can't wait for them to open again today so I can get another one. Great, friendly staff also. read more

I hate to say this, but my smoothie was a let down. I got the green goddess, which was very watery. I even payed extra for strawberry and chia, which they obviously forgot. It wasn't worth it to send it back though (I don't like doing that unless it's major). The coffee and food looks much better, so I don't want to bring the place down read more

The coffee was great! We stopped by multiple times during our trip to Key West. The service wasn't great the first time we went...but the coffee was so good we had to go back. Quick late breakfast. We split Avocado toast, which comes with two eggs, your choice. We chose over easy. Unbelievably good. I had a double Buchi, my wife had a cold brewed Cuban espresso with evaporated milk. Everything was wonderful. Not a ton of seating, but people move through quickly. Staff was fantastic. A "must stop" at least for coffee in Key West. read more

Love this place. Super clean, bright, airy, just a pleasure to enter. I've only had their coffee -- they make a killer doppio and the wife loved their latte. Service is fast, efficient, and professional. I'd love to try their breakfasts but that'll have to wait 'til next time. Plus, they're cheaper than their competition across the way -- and just as good, if not better. Just sayin'. Seriously, give the royalty a miss, skip the long lines, do yourself a favor, and visit Keys. You will be happy you did. read more

I recall the first time I heard of Keys Coffee Co... this young lady we had just met mentioned it during a group bicycle ride around the island; I had never heard of it but was open minded. Before you know it, other local friends had mentioned the place too... I was already intrigued but now I'm getting excited. The first time we decided to try it out, we set our GPS and realized as soon as the directions came up that it was located right in the middle of of a hot spot that we park the car and neighboring a few places we frequent (The Cafe, Kojin and Mister Z's Pizza)... and surprising that we never noticed it. The place is simple decor with typical keys colors and comfortable/laid back appeal. And when we were looking over the menu board we noticed that sweet girl from the bike ride was standing behind the counter (Elena). Turns out she's an owner and how refreshing that she owned the place but never pushed the place on us when we first met her; very modest. That first visit was a smoothie for me and some sort of coffee concoction for Marisol and I was loving it. It's no secret I love the smoothies from Sugar Apple but this was equally as good... Hands down favorite smoothie is the MANGO BERRY SMOOTHIE; I can really go for one right now but I'm 200 miles away, oh well. For awhile I stuck with smoothies but I did end up having a love affair with their COLD BREW... and the only reason I even ventured away from the smoothie is one day we stopped in for a pit-stop while biking around town and the guy behind the counter and I began chatting and he strongly suggested I give it a try and when I said "next time" he insisted "just try it" and offered a small pour for free (kinda of a large sample); he certainly convinced me. Not sure but I think he may have been another owner/partner. As for the food, I have only had a few dishes (mostly shared with Marisol) and have been please each and every time. My personal favorite is their TEL AVIV WRAP (or as I refer to it as their Hummus Wrap); it's a whole wheat wrap with homemade roasted garlic and red pepper hummus with cucumber, tomato, spinach, sprouts and artichoke. And honorable mention for another dish I really like, THE HAVANA (ham, swiss, egg on toasted cuban bread). Definitely make a visit... worth your time. read more

Why 5 stars? Because the caffeine fix is essential in Key West. --- --- --- We only had two days in Key West, but I feel like I'd need two weeks just to make it through all of the amazing eateries. But with food touring comes food comas, which means that mid-day pick-me-ups are absolutely essential! I knew I'd have to visit Keys Coffee because of its 5-star average, and I was not disappointed. I only wish I would have made it back here to try something else on the menu. But for what I did try - anytime I see nitro cold available, my mind is usually made up. That's exactly what I ordered and I was very pleased with the result. I went from being borderline comatose, to walking up and down Key West five times. I think I set move records on my Apple Watch, and all the credit goes to Keys Coffee. Otherwise, the lobster roll from DJ's Clam Shack would have left me passed out in a corner, dreaming of buttery seafood. If I find myself back in Key West, I'll definitely be returning! read more

On our first day in Key West we couldn't find a place to have breakfast and came across this little cafe. It's located just off Duval St. The seating is limited, they only have about 5 or 6 tables, also no outdoor seating,but the place has a cute modern design and the breakfast selection is great. Their Capri Breakfast sandwich is FanTAsTiC!!! Wow, I would come back many times just got this bagel sandwich! I am only giving it 3 stars because my Vanilla Latte was so-so. I had to put 3 Splenda's in my coffee for it to be drinkable. Tables sat dirty and empty for quite a few minutes before some came out to clean them off. read more

Keys coffee had excellent service and I appreciate the seating area inside. My only complaint, which is the reason for four stars, is that there is no public wifi. I'm in the area and teleworking, so I had to use my personal hotspot during my time there. If I'm not teleworking, I would definitely go back again.
