While it is not the best coffee or milk tea I've personally had, if I lived here on Key I would be a regular. The place itself is very big and very nice looking. Lots of staff to help you out and a pretty big menu. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee but if I'm being honest it just tasted like a regular coffee. I work at a pho spot in Cali and am used to the Vietnamese coffee being really strong but it could be that they use different grinds and don't use Cafe Du Monde. Regardless it WAS a good coffee and the milk tea we ordered was good. I think it deserves the four stars cause it looks like theres not many boba spots here and the staff was really nice. Weirdest place on the Island. Used to be next door and had a cute vibe. Moved to their failed industrial restaurant nearby, the ambiance now matches. I still go here because my smoothie options are limited and they're not bad, but employees have that weird look in the eye like they are trapped and don't appear very happy. Recently prices raised a lot. I'm not paying over $27 for a latte and extremely greasy croissant with egg. I wanted a cappuccino but homie at the counter. Best smoothie in all of Florida. Yes this is just an objective opinion, but hear me out. I came here probably 3 times a week during high school and never knew how spoiled I became. The owner would drop off a large box samples to our class at KWHS when we would order smoothies to go when working on late projects. I went off to college, desperately trying to find a smoothie that would satisfy me. I tried smoothie shops all over Florida. Gainesville, Tallahassee, Delray/Boca, Tampa, and Orlando. I had some good smoothies, but never anything like my medium Dr. Smooth with protein powder. Every time I would visit home, I had to get a smoothie from here the very next day. Now that I have some time off, I'm more than grateful to get a smoothie from here. The price is a little high compared to corporate smoothie chains, but it's always worth it. read more

My friend and I both had ice cubes in them and the actual base was icy and brown. I just popped in today on a whim after the usual Dollar Tree and Kmart run. This is my first visit here and as I'm not an avid smoothie drinker, I had the urge to try something new. I ordered off their special board and had a mixed passion fruit smoothie. The counter guy quickly whipped it up in seconds. He was very nice and helpful. It was DELICIOUS! I am now a converted Smoothie Shuttle fan! I definitely want to come back to try some of their other varieties, especially the green tea smoothie. That sounded awesome. I also noticed they make smoothies with Protein for all us gym rats out there. Double bonus! Also, when I walked in the place smelled of disinfectant. Before you report this review for censoring, just slow down. WTF is the Wrap Time Frequency. I don't understand what that means but I sure like the way it tastes! Blueberries, banana, almond milk and some other healthy stuff - very filling. Also tried the "It's A Wrap" wrap with turkey, some mango salsa and veggies on a spinach tortilla - super filling. This is usually my favorite go to place, today though I ordered the hunger killer but it wasn't as good as it usually is and there was also paper in my wrap. It looks like the paper that's on cheese and they just forgot to take it off when they were making it. I also ordered one of the fresh juices and they forgot about it. It was a little busy in there when I ordered but but to leave the paper in my food and forget my drink when there's five people working behind the counter it's kind of bad. Overall this is one of my favorite places to eat and so it is just a little disappointing that I had this bad experience. I still will be going back though read more

Where else can you get great boba and poke bowls in Key West? These are both new additions to the menu. Its $12.95 for poke bowl and $6.95 for the large boba(which comes in a soup container - awesome!) Loved the Taro Milk Tea with classic tapioca boba. The tapioca boba was warm and I am used to it being a bit chilled. The poke bowls are good, not the best. But, I think if they added other veggie or fruit toppings that would make a great difference.
