Freshly blended fruit juice with some alcohol thrown in. Honestly, what's not to like? I don't know if it gets more Florida than this, short of wrestling an alligator because he stole your meth. It can take a bit, but live on island time. Lady making the drinks is doing her best, especially when the lines get long. We did one of the specials which was just a ton of fruit and rum thrown together. Delicious! read more

I Highly DO NOT recommend this place. Prices are high for the level of service and quality of product you get. The service was by a female staffer that was not in a good mood, didn't really smile, or listen to our orders, one of which she got wrong. The drinks are mainly ice, with little fruit or alcohol. I think their business model is not for repeat business and likely survives on passing by tourists who don't tend to read reviews ahead of time. read more

A tiny place selling fresh fruit drinks. We got whole pineapple drinks, so refreshing, so much fruit. They have fresh fruit smoothies, and tropical drinks with or without alcohol. We decided to get fresh fruit smoothies, we went with coconut pineapple banana, and mango pineapple banana. They were both so good. So refreshing on a hot day. We got to watch her prep a pineapple to serve the drink, she is so fast and it's great that a lot of the fruit removed is served along with the drink. All day refills are $5. read more

Came here when I visited Key West and found this as a real fruit smoothies. Not to mention there is a few similar smoothie stores a few blocks away. The price was okay but the cup was very disappointing. For $5-6, I don't know if it is normal but it was like one those plastic cups you can get a pack from the $.99 cent store. The smoothie was not blended well and I tasted a chunk of ice. Their lemonade falls towards the sour side. I guess it is still fine on a hot and sunny day. read more

Tropical Juices and Drinks is a tiny hole in the wall establishment serving up great fruity drinks. Prior to visiting Key West I did some research on must visit spots, this place was on the top of the list for many bloggers and so I had to test it out and share my feedback with my fellow yelpers. The bartenders had a great attitude even though they'd basically been standing in the heat all day. I tried out the Miami Vice and a Pina Colada - both were great, but were given to me in these cheap plastic cups ($6). I could have opted to have my drink in a pineapple ($15), but chose not to. Was initially so tired that I didn't notice this until I had my smoothie in hand and I noticed how the server prepared someone else's smoothies. You can purchase a daiquiri served inside of a pineapple, walk to Mallory Square, and enjoy a drink and some pineapple as the sun sets. What's not to like? read more

I tried the whole pineapple drink without any alcohol. They give you option between fruit smoothie or tropical drinks. I opted on the smoothie option and you get to pick 3 fruits to put in your pineapple. The pineapple is perfectly carved, and the smoothie is delicious. All made with fresh fruits! They even give you the extra smoothie that doesn't fit in the pineapple in a separate cup for you to refill into your pineapple as you desire. Customer service was excellent and she was very friendly in explaining how their "concept" works for us first timers. By the way, you can have it alcoholic too! Which I would've preferred under different circumstances. Perhaps next time. read more

Honestly the best place I went to in Key West. If you're looking for alcoholic drinks in a pineapple, this is what you want.

Nice little shop with blenders to make frosty drinks and a basic selection. I had the hard lemonade which was not bad. Very friendly bartender. Be sure to bring cash to tip as their credit machine does not allow added tip. read more

This was a great little stand located very close to our motel on Duval St in Key West. We stopped here multiple times to get a nice refreshing cocktail before venturing out to sites. We got the Miami Vice once, as well as the Banana Daquari. Both were delicious, and the bartender was very generous with the amount of alcohol she poured in. But the drinks were not strong tasting at all! They were very refreshing and it was hard to tell it was a cocktail until you were pretty much done, which is nice!! Great way to start the evening. I love this stand as a quick stop. A couple years ago when I was in Key West, I was biking around from my hotel to the Hemingway House and it was so hot I couldn't even control my inner toddler. Needless to say, I got fussy. Back then, I ordered a smoothie to cool off and that was an excellent decision and now two years later, I enjoy this stop as a place to get a tropical drink in a full size pineapple. Service was rude last night. We ordered under "real fruit smoothies" our strawberry banana smoothie had a half of banana in it and the rest was un natural sweetener. It's a shame - the place seemed to have potential. Their whole pineapple drinks looked awesome - but after paying $6 for a "real fruit smoothie" that contained barely any fruit and the rude service, we won't be back.
