    Delicious Americano, Cuban coffee.

This business was so amazing! The staff was super friendly and very helpful as we were not sure what we wanted. I got the American blend Cuban coffee very robust rich and tasty. I would definitely recommend it and we got a breakfast sandwich on Cuban bread with bacon and egg but for the life of me I cannot remember what it was called. I'm so sorry it was very inexpensive though and it was quite delicious. We shared it plenty of food. And next time you're in the keys stop by and I'm sure they'll be happy to help you. See u soon!

Cuban coffee is a must try in key west. So close to Cuba and know you're getting it done right. But don't be like me and order without sugar. They asked me if I want sugar, I usually drink my coffee black and my husband laughed at me, saying Cuban coffee is about the sugar. ...oops. They had plenty of options for the varieties of Cuban coffees and even without the sugar it was great. My husbands espresso was so sweet because he got the sugar. It tasted like coffee candy. Make sure you give it a try to really get a taste of key west.

Excellent coffee drinks with a wide range of cuban bread sandwiches. You could tell the bread was made fresh.

We're spending the week in Key West and making a point of visiting as many coffee shops as…read morepossible. When we walked to Doing Work Coffee, we were initially a bit confused and weren't sure we were in the right place. That's understandable, since it shares space with Wicked Lick Ice Cream. Fortunately, the owner noticed our confusion and warmly invited us in. Food: It wasn't listed on the menu, but they were happy to make me a London Fog tea latte. My son ordered a white chocolate latte. Both drinks were good. Personally, I prefer coffee served in a mug, and they only use paper cups, which took away a bit from the experience. They don't offer much in the way of baked goods, but they did have butterscotch scones. The scone was slightly too sweet for my taste, but the texture was excellent. They heated it for us, which made it even more enjoyable. Service: The service was exceptionally friendly. We felt genuinely welcomed, and the owner took the time to have a conversation with us. After hearing his story and seeing his commitment and work ethic firsthand, I found myself rooting for his success. Atmosphere: Since they share space with the ice cream shop, the environment isn't fully coffee-centric. Coffee is the focus earlier in the day, with ice cream taking over later. There is limited seating, and for me, part of the coffee shop experience is slowing down, drinking from a proper mug, and enjoying a calm, dedicated café environment. I'm not sure what their long-term plans are, but I hope they eventually move into their own space. They clearly care about what they're doing, and it would be great to see them grow into a full coffee shop experience. Best of luck to them.

We ordered an off menu drink based upon his recommendation and it was delicious. He also shared a ton of fantastic tips for other places to visit in the FL area. There's an ice cream shop in same storefront.

Both were really good but I would say the maple bacon one was better just because the Cuban Coffee Cake was thicker, more doughy. But the flavor was delicious on it I just liked how soft the maple bacon dough was. Either way, I can't wait to come back and try more flavors. The coffee was really good as well! Scott was so great, such a pleasure to meet. Will come back very soon!

I arrived around 7:30 a.m., and the place was already starting to get busy. Food They offer a very interesting assortment of donuts, including flavors you don't typically see elsewhere. Options like Blueberry Cheesecake, Brown Butter Hazelnut, and Cuban Coffee Cake stand out. I chose the Cuban Coffee Cake. It was essentially a spiced coffee cake shaped like a donut, topped with plenty of glaze and crumble. The portion was generous. It could easily feed two people, but I managed to finish the entire thing. For a beverage, I ordered a Mocha Latte. The flavor was very good, but it was served on the cool side. It was completely cold before I finished, and I ended up tossing the last portion. They only serve drinks in paper cups, not ceramic mugs. Although mugs were visible, I was told the health department does not allow them to use them. For me, coffee in a real mug always feels better than paper. Service I have mixed feelings about the service. The person taking my order seemed a bit on edge. When I asked about the mug situation, she appeared annoyed that I would even ask. Since it was my first visit, I asked about the most popular donut, and that also seemed to irritate her. I rephrased and asked for her personal favorite instead, which she answered more willingly. I noticed a few other staff interactions, and the overall tone of the crew felt tense. Not sure if that's typical or if it was just a busy morning. Atmosphere I took a small table inside to finish my coffee and donut. There are several small tables, best suited for two people. Toward the back of the dining area there were boxes and pallets visible. This isn't necessarily a place you visit for ambiance. Most people grabbed a box of donuts and left. Only a handful were dining inside. If you want a good donut with creative flavors, this place delivers. Just don't expect a relaxed coffee shop experience with welcoming, friendly staff.
