Called a locksmith, he arrived on time. Made the key quickly and the price was reasonable. I'm satisfied, highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this company enough I requested multiple quotes from 10 different businesses on Yelp and Keymasters was pretty much the only one to actually treat me like a customer. Instead of giving me a generic quote based on my request, Paul took the time to ask me multiple questions, follow up with a phone call, and try to accurately diagnose my problem. My key fob was acting up and Paul was able to replicate and duplicate my malfunctioning key. He also was able to give me a very competitive quote that made the decision extremely easy for me. If you have any car key issues, do not hesitate to move forward with Keymasters LA read more

We had a great experience with this locksmith. Nethanel was extremely nice, professional, and easy to work with. He rekeyed all of our doors, and when a couple of the duplicate keys didn't work, he came back right away to fix the issue without hesitation. His pricing was the most reasonable compared to others we checked. Highly recommend his services! read more

Just had a job completed with Nathan and he did a great job with installing our new door handle and rekeying it. Super friendly worker, and showed that he was knowledgeable and open about how he was resolving the project for us. Also gave super useful advice at the end on maintaining both our door, and our lock/handle. And the pricing was a great value for the amount of work needed. We didn't have a go-to locksmith before this project, but happy to say that we've got one now. Big thanks to Nathan and Keymasters LA. read more

It was Christmas Eve and we were locked out of our house. I called 3 locksmiths before I called Kemasters LA. Was not able to talk to real person and was getting voicemails and automated recordings but when I called Keymasters LA, a real person answered my call immediately and let me know that someone was going to call me to help me out and Nathan called literally like a minute later and said he'd be at our house in 15 mins to help us out. That is amazing service! We were able to get in to our home and Nathan and Keymasters LA saved our Christmas! Thank you guys so much! read more

Great, efficient and honest. Showed up on time and showed me exactly what the problem was, repaired it quickly, Highly recommend!

Excellent service all around. I placed this project for bid within Yelp and Keymasters LA hands down won my interest for a variety of reasons. First was response time and communication. They immediately responded to my project request with clear information and none of that 'call us to quote' bs that many will respond with. They were honest, upfront and clear. The second win for them was the pricing they offered. The quote was fair and inclusive of the elements I was requesting. None of the constant back and forth and lack of transparency that I often get from other LA based vendors. Lastly, their Yelp review record is outstanding and can't be beat. My tech arrived on time after communicating well about approaching time, etc. He clearly explained the word he would be doing and then performed his work quickly and cleanly. Thats what you need from a good locksmith so Keymasters LA gets my vote. read more

Great experience with Keymasters LA and with Paul specifically. I bought a used car that only came with one key and wanted to make a duplicate just in case. I was able to buy it on Amazon, and reached out to Keymasters for a quote here on Yelp. They were quick to respond, gave a great quote, provided accommodating times, communicated with me when they were 30 minutes out, and the whole process took 10 minutes to get my duplicate key. I will be using them again when the time comes and highly recommend you consider them. Thanks again Paul! read more

I almost never leave Yelp reviews, but listen... these guys are AWESOME. They're professional, experienced, and kind. We called them after another locksmith had totally botched a lock replacement and rekey in our house, and they undid all the shoddy work and redid it quickly and beautifully, all for a third of the price of the scam artists who'd come the first time. The doors in my house have never worked this well. I only wish I'd caught our technician's (one of two owners of the company) name so I could call him out here, because he was seriously a magician. He's now saved in my phone as "Best Locksmith." read more
