Paul did a great job. Response time was fast and work completed quickly. I'll definitely use this company again.

I recently installed a new exterior door and contacted Keymasters LA because I wanted that door rekeyed so that it would use the same key as our other door. Keymasters LA had a local service provider contact me within minutes of my first call and set up an appointment for a few days later. The price they quoted me was lower than other businesses I had contacted. The service provider showed up on time and completed the work on the two locks on the new door within about 20 minutes. The cost was exactly as quoted. I am very pleased with the work and the professionalism. I highly recommend Keymasters LA. read more

Highly recommend!! Netan answered our request to fix the front door of our house which has a Baldwin hardware that is older. He answered it right away, kept us posted with any changes on timing, was accessible with communication, took his time, and was efficient with his time where the lock could not be fixed in one day, and he was able to get what was needed quickly that allowed for the second day on the job to be done in a matter of minutes. Price was fair and reasonable! read more

I wanted the keys for my new front door to also work in the old back door. Paul texted to communicate a more specific ETA. He was friendly and highly professional. He made some recommendations and quoted a reasonable price. He then put in extra time with no extra charge to find and purchase the replacement doorknob and lock needed for my non-standard door. I put Keymasters in my contact list, and will happily contact them the next time I need help with locks and keys. read more

Got locked out of the house when taking my fur baby out. Thought my keys were in my pocket, only to realize it was left on top of the washer... oh my! Anyways, searched Yelp and a few responded but only Keymasters took the initiative to call and it worked out great since they were a local vendor and was able to respond and have a service call in minutes. Happy with the service, Nathan who came to do the service call was very amiable. Would definitely put Keymasters on my contacts for that next service if needed but hopefully not, lol. My Smart lock ran out of battery and I wasn't able to unlock it. Call Keymaster and Alex came in 20 minutes later. Alex told me that unfortunately this is the smart halo kwikset lock. Which means it has to be drill out. It's the only way if I want to unlock it. Alex was fast and he was able to drill it out within 15 minutes and also helped me install my new lock. I highly recommend them if you ever need a locksmith. read more
