I've been in to try to resolve my vehicles issues and they didn't help not one bit. They tell you come in just to waste your time.

I hope this review reaches the right audience. I purchased a used 2024 vehicle with this dealership. Chris was the salesman that helped me out. As I was leaving and about to drive off with my new purchase, Chris and I noticed the car had no floor mats. He had no idea what happened to them or noticed. He assured me he would get some ordered and would reach out to me when they arrive at the dealer. This was TWO MONTHS AGO. I've been calling and calling every week for an update. There is a big lack of professionalism at this dealership. Sergio Jimenez who is in the parts department has said multiple times he will call me for an update. Every week it's the same thing. I have to call him first and there's no knowledge of when the mats are arriving. I'm really disappointed because I just purchased this car and this experience has completely ruined that.. I've tried reaching to Chris a couple times and no answer. Sergio gives me the same answer every single week that he doesn't know what's happening. Still have no floor mats. I would go to another Lexus dealership before coming to this one. If you do come to this one, please just TRIPLE check your car because these people are not reliable who work here. This dealership is awful. They are extremely dishonest and disorganized. We received confirmation that a special edition rx500 was available multiple times, but the staff couldn't agree on whether or not it was actually on property or available. After receiving confirmation that the vehicle was available for the third time, we drove over an hour to get there when we were told that it was "locked in service and unavailable to view" when other dealerships are more than willing to show us vehicles, even if they're in service. After we received this news we drove the 1.5 hours to get home. If they can't be trusted with inventory, they can't be trusted with your money either. Steer clear. I'd leave negative stars if I could, but it won't let me leave less than one. read more

I dropped off my vehicle for routine service appointment at 9am. This was for oil and tires. By 230 I was getting impatient and went back to check the status. It took them another hour to finish. The expected up-charges for things I didn't need like an AC filter were of course declined. The new coffee lounge is pretty good. Overall, very slow for standard maintenance and installation of tires. read more

I had a very easy, smooth, and straightforward experience with Sarbeh at Keyes Lexus. Multiple other dealerships I went to stated they had the car I wanted on their lot, but when I arrived, they didn't have the car there saying it was in transit. I went to four other dealerships before coming here, and in general my previous dealership experiences I've had were terrible. Bill was great in ensuring that our car got taken care of. We unfortunately had to deal with major rodent damage to our vehicle. There was a lot of back and forth to get the repairs "squared way" . However, throughout it all we always had ample transportation with a rented vehicle and because all the hassle with got discounts thrown in and additional car services and some even for future state. read more

If I could give your rating of zero I would. The best the Manager would do is say he would pay part for a second key after the review I gave them. I told my wife that is what you get from car dealers.. lies. These people should pay for a second key that they promised at the close of the deal. We went to the Range Rover dealer to get a key and they quoted $1103.60 and that was without it being programed... I'll guarantee never again to deal with Keyes... all over a damn key!! read more

Not a good experience, the old switch up trick, had a used vehicle advertised, I went in to see it and the guys who assisted me was Tim. Even though I am a woman I know my cars, I looked at the car and it had no paint protection film on it, when we he showed me the breakdown of the costs, all of a sudden there is a paint protection charge of almost $2K, when I asked him to show it to me on the car he started to stumble and fail, it was pretty funny actually. We just happened to be car shopping down the Van Nuys auto center and just happened to browse this Lexus Dealership. Shaw was the one who assisted us and I have to say I am so IMPRESSED by this Dealership and their overall service.. The showroom and dealership is very clean.. I have to say this has by far one of the seamless and easiest ever transactions I've ever had with buying a car. There was no haggling back and forth.. Shaw gave us a reasonable price on my Lexus and literally the paperwork to complete was so easy and quick. Everything was done paperless and electronically which made the process so awesome. I was also pleased at how efficient their Finance Department is. I love my beautiful car. I have never owned a Lexus before and I love it. It has so many great features, I love that it's Hybrid. Shaw went through all the features and helped me program the settings in my vehicle. Shaw was very responsive and quick to act upon any questions he had. He worked fast to get the deal done. He made us feel like priority and followed up after if I had any questions regarding the car and also told me if I had any questions in general that I can outreach to him. I took my dad car here to do the usual oil change. This is the main Lexus dealership that we been going to because it's closer to the house. We never had an issue here and the staff working the service department are amazing. When we came this morning at 8am when our appointment was at 8:15am, they had the chain and cone up at both entrance so I had to go into the Toyota dealership entrance to get into the Lexus lot because they were connected. It seem like the dealership wasn't official open because inside of the place was empty and the lights in the beverages area was off. I made a service appointment with Emily but she never showed so Anthony helped us out. read more

never never never buy from Keyes Lexus, especially if your from out of state. They gave me a great price, but the car I bought was missing the accessories I had purchased. They say they will call you back, but don't. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for a call back for my vehicle title. My bank hasn't received the title, nor I so I'm in able to register it I. my state. next is a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office and a civil lawsuit. read more

I recently visited this dealership after coming across a 2020 Honda Civic listed online for $18,892, which seemed like a very reasonable price. What initially drew me in was the attractive price, but unfortunately, the experience quickly turned frustrating and disappointing. After I requested more information, I was contacted by Parisha, who was friendly and helpful in setting up an appointment for me to view the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership and began looking at the car, I immediately noticed that the price listed on the vehicle was $4,000 more than what was advertised online. The online price was $18,892, but the price on the vehicle was significantly higher. I met with Parisha, who accompanied me on a test drive. During the drive, I noticed some wear and tear on the vehicle, which is normal for a used car. The seats and overhead cloth were stained, but the car overall seemed okay. When I asked Parisha about the pricing discrepancy and if they would honor the online price, I was told no. I was informed that the price on the tag was the "special price," and they could not honor the online listing, even if I purchased the car online. When we returned to the dealership, I expressed my concerns about the price. I was approved through my own institution and didn't need their financing, but I was still interested in seeing what kind of deal they could offer. Parisha came back with two options: $5,000 down with a payment of $354, or $10,000 down with a payment of $245, bringing the final price to $24,540. I was also shown a breakdown that included $3,000 worth of add-ons, such as repair work for interior stains, scratches, and a lifetime battery warranty. I informed Parisha I wouldn't be needing any of these add-ons, but I was informed that they were already included and couldn't be removed. I was then introduced to Arman (If im not mistaken), a sales representative at the dealership. He reiterated that the add-ons could not be removed, explaining that the dealership includes them for the customer's benefit. I questioned why these add-ons were considered beneficial when I had explicitly declined them, and I also inquired why the vehicle, purported to have these add-ons, was not properly cleaned or prepared, given the visible stains and scratches. Arman was unable to provide satisfactory answers and continued to advocate for the higher price. He further stated that the online pricing was incorrect and that such discrepancies are common, requiring clarification upon the customer's arrival. This practice seems misleading and raises concerns about false advertising, potentially wasting customers' time. I made it clear that if they couldn't honor the online price and remove the add-ons, we wouldn't be able to make a deal. Arman then went to talk to financing and returned with another gentleman, Hady, who introduced himself as the finance manager. Hady also insisted that the add-ons were non-negotiable because they were already included. When I asked why the car wasn't in better condition, especially if these add-ons were already factored in, Hady reduced the price of the add-ons to $1,550 but still couldn't explain why I was being charged for something I didn't want or need. At this point, I expressed my final offer: $20,000 out the door, after taxes and fees. Hady asked for my final number, and when I told him, he shook my hand, but then said they couldn't do it. I thanked him for his time and left the dealership feeling frustrated and misled. The next day, I received a voicemail from the sales manager, Natalie, asking if I had any questions or concerns. I called her back to express my frustration with the entire process, including the false advertising and misleading pricing tactics. I left a voicemail, but 5 days have now passed, and I've yet to hear back from her. This dealership's practices feel like a scam. They mislead customers with pricing discrepancies between online listings and in-store prices, push unnecessary add-ons that can't be removed, and are more focused on making a profit than helping customers get a fair deal. They said that they gonna check my car and one of the idiots that is working there start driving my car without asking and he was smelling like cigarettes and after he came back in my car was smelling like cigarettes. I ask him who let him drive my car and he start giving me attitude that he never asking someone to drive the car. I was not even sure if they have a car to offer me for my needs and he already was acting like he bought the car Elda was the girl who gave him my keys and told me that the guy is gonna check it. Not drive testing. From what i understand from that idiot is that checking and drive testing is the same thing and you can do the same thing with all the cars from their lot. The sales guy was okay trying to figure it out what car is best for me. But he didn't had too much time because that idiot with a suit with 10 numbers over his size, stole the whole show. This has been the worst experience we've ever had at a car dealership. I usually don't leave reviews, but this was so bad that I had to. My parents were trying to negotiate a price with a salesperson named Hady Fahed, and the whole time, he was belittling them and making it seem like they were dumb for the prices they were asking. He was younger, so we tried to ignore it, but it got worse. He started scoffing at them and asking questions like "Are you serious?" and "Where did you get that price?" Mind you, we were trying to bring the price from about $43k down to $40k. Mid-negotiation, he went on his phone and started texting someone, as to show that he thought we were wasting his time. He was very unprofessional. I don't care how outrageous the asking price of the customer is. You shouldn't ever scoff at or belittle the customer. Just nicely decline (which he did NOT do). Please don't waste your time coming here. If you do, make sure you don't try to negotiate with Hady. He is very unprofessional and will make you feel like you are crazy. Had one of the most unpleasant experiences ever on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, I was a prior customer who purchased a brand new 2016 is200t f sport cash in 2017. I came in Saturday to trade it in to purchase a brand new 350 nx, to say the least, I was so disappointed in the service and lack of respect that was shown to me. I had only ever had my is serviced at your dealer, Ali (who had always been super with us) was my service advisor and knew the immaculate condition my car was in, It only had 42000 miles on it, that car was pristine, not a scratch or dent on it. When ready to make a deal on a new car i was never so insulted, I was offered only 17,000 for my car, way below the blue book (blue book was 21,000 to 24,000), I told the gentleman Jimmy who made the ridiculous offer to me to be more realistic, told him to give me a more realistic number and let's make a deal, he refused to even work with me. My salesman Ruman was great, very friendly, kind, very helpful, Jimmy was a total jerk, giving me lines of bs how my car needed all sorts of work, telling me he needed to put $4000.00 of work into my Lexus 200t is F sport right away, funny thing is that I had just had the 40k mile service done within 6 weeks and not one mention from any mechanic of anything wrong with the car. I ultimately walked out, disappointed in your dealer ship specifically Jimmy. What I can say is that I went to Glendale Lexus and had the best service, they offered me a real offer for my trade in and worked with me on the purchase price and I gladly left with a brand new 2024 lexus 350 nx. You have lost me as a customer, I will gladly take my new Lexus to another dealership for service and will have no problem letting other people know the terrible treatment that was received that day. Great customer service from sales guy Alfred. Unlike other dealerships like Thousand Oaks, they were able to give me a number I agreed on paying over the phone before going in. This avoided sitting in there going back and forth on numbers. That alone is the reason why I chose to drive to Van Nuys when I'm from Ventura County. Samaneh Jarzegar and Justin Samaan were very dishonest and lacked integrity in my wife's car purchase at Keys Lexus a couple months ago. When we went to the office to negotiate the purchase, she showed us a paper and I noticed two charges of $995 each in addition to taxes, registration fees and purchase price. One was for ETCH and the other one was for Perma Plate. We asked what those two charges were and Samaneh replied that those goverment charges and they were not optional. I replied to her that I knew about the licence/registratin fees that were supposed to be around $600 so why we would have to pay $1,990 in "mandatory goverment fees"? She just replied that those charges were imposed by the goverment and were not optional so we decided to pay those charges. I found out later that those two charges were optional and one was a Theft Deterrent sticker that costs about $20 and you can put it yourself on the car window. The other charge for Perma Plate was for a coating that they put on the pain which is worth about $200 and it doesn't even look like it was applied. We also told her that we wanted to pay cash for the purchase but they still run a credit report for my wife. Samaneh said they still run a credit report even if you are paying cash. I found later that they don't have to run a report but they choose to do it to finance you the purchase as they make money and commission for financing a contract. After agreeing on the purchase, Samaneh took us to the finance person (Justin Samaan). Justin told us that he just needed a credit card to charge $5,000 as it would benefit us because "anybody loves points" on a credit card and the rest we could pay cash. So he made us wait for about 15 minutes outside his office to do the paperwork. Then he brought us in the office and explained to my wife that all the contract information was on a "Zip" memory card that he would give her after signing all documents. He had my wife sign about a dozen documents on an ipad but he never showed my wife the documents where it stated that two charges for $1,990 optional and it had a better description of what the two charges were. Also, Justin never showed my wife that it was a financing contract financed for 72 moths at 7.99% interest. He also had my wife sign a declination consent for a Purchase Cancellation Option Agreement as "no body ever buys it" and you would have to pay $500 restocking fee. About a month later, we found several imperfactions on the car as we did not noticed when we bougth the car because it was very dusty and the imperfections were spray painted but the pain started to come out after a few weeks. My wife didn't want me to write a complaint but I don't think is fair that dishonest take advantage and play with your intelligence to make sales. I read a lot of similar reviews and found out that 12 keyes dealers are now owned by Lithia Auto Sales and they are pressured to make profits. read more
