I was so in love with his car I decided to buy my 2019 RX 350 Luxury in March of 2019 once again from Mayra and Sam. We have always taken our cars their for service with Danecia she's the best and only service advisor we will work with anymore. I've had some issues with other people in the service department but because we love Danecia so much we always go back! My RX had been having some issues that they did resolve but after going through the headaches of getting it fixed I realized a little more space would be nice. I reached out online about viewing an LX and GX and Khalid a internet manager called me within a couple hrs to set up an appointment. I was hoping to work with Mayra and Sam again but they weren't available and Khalid promised he'd take care of me just like they did. He DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Extremely disappointed in this dealership. Every salesperson who has interacted with my partner and I has been very unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Our first visit here we were "helped" by Armine. When coming in to try to get an estimate for our car, she told us she couldn't help us unless we were buying a car that day even though the Keyes Lexus website clearly advertises they will buy your car even if you don't buy from them. Today we came back to test drive some vehicles and were "helped" by Kevin. We test drove one car and when we asked to drive another car he told us he couldn't help us because he was leaving and then proceeded to go back inside the dealership and not even bother to ask another salesman to come out and help us. After about 10 minutes of looking around, one last salesman, Timothy, came up and asked us if we had been helped. We told him what happened with Kevin, and he tells us to follow him inside. Called into a sales person that had less 30 days experience who did everything wrong is the sales playbook including, setting incorrect expectations and false promises like extending an offer for a low interest rate car loan only to find out later in the transaction that the available rates were significantly higher. Deal was eventually passed to the leader of the team who was better to work with as he had more experience but still continued the trend of false promises by sliding unfavorable terms into the agreement that we did not agree on in the hopes that I wouldn't notice. All prior dealings I have ever had with lexus in general have been great. This one takes the cake for the worst and serves to validate all the negative stereotypes of car sales man that exist. Very disappointed!!! My husband and I drove 3 1/2 hours to look at two pre-certified Lexus cars the dealership had on there website. We were quickly approached by a sales person, Tim. We told him the cars we wanted to see which were advertised. Tim said one was being detailed and we would not be able to drive it. He took us to see it upstairs and the front bumper was completely removed! That's more then being "detailed!" Lying car salesmen.Bought a used car from them. They agreed to paint the back bumper if I purchased it. I bought it. Noticed a crack in windshield as I drove away. I called them to let them know. They said they would replace the windshield.When I got the car back from their repairs, they refused to give me a receipt for changing rhe windshield. And when I got home I realize why. They replaced it with a Non- OME part. They put a cheap windshield on. And when I examined the paint job their is a chunk of something n the paint and its peeling on the top. Horrible job repairing. I assume that Keyes Lexus (and maybe other Keyes dealer) charge $995.00 for "ETCH/THEFT DETERRENT" without informing the customer. I was very disappointed when I reviewed the digital documents (Note: I did not get a hard copy to review after completing the sale. I just got a digital copy of the sales documents in USB Thumbdrive). I got charged for $995 +tax showed as "Optional Theft Deterrent Device(s): ETCH/THEFT DETERRE". This item was never ever mentioned when I was getting the price breakdowns of the different 2021 ES300h models. It wasn't even a device! What's more disgusting is getting charged for $995+ for glass etching. These etching kits can be bought in the open market for as low as $20. Yes, $20 good for 6 applications. I emailed my salesrep about it. He only replied with a note that he endorsed my email to the finance officer. No reply. I sent another email addressing to Gen. Manager Ramin, finance officer Michael and salesman Ider. 2 weeks gone by. No response. Are they just going continue to ignore my email hoping that my complaint and demand to reverse the charge will just go away? I will pursue this case further. For reference, similar cases happened in New York, New Jersey, etc. where the State District Attorney rule it as unlawful and ordered the dealerships refund and to stop such practice. Tried to buy used car from Ash, the manager. Discuss the price, had a firm price plus taxes and dock fee. He tagged on two more fees at $1000 each for nitrogen in the tires and a paint and interior protectant. I declined both of those and was told that, regardless of what he had stated to me as a firm price was a lie. His word is worthless, as I expressed to him my frustration at lack of follow through on his moral character. I sent him all the information needed to buy the car and was told I have six other people waiting to buy this car and unless you take the additional $2000 in mandatory up charges, I will sell the car to someone else. I've been dealing with Lexus dealers for the last 20 years and have never had such an example of bait and switch after a price has been agreed-upon.
