No parts no nothing but this broken lock , I could of done this with a hammer my self!. When my friend (a man) called the same day they told him 150.00 then he said why did you charge a women 350 plus! Scam artist, they could not give a straight answer to any questions when we kept asking how much for entry without a key! Called two other locksmiths after this and they said 150.00 is correct and only 350.00 if they put in a new lock which they did not do! 4/13/18 - selective memory response. Now you're saying it was a $30 service charge (which again was NEVER mentioned). Try being honest for a change. It'll do your business wonders. Or is that too hard to understand? Not really sure what all these reviews are hyping up for this business. I certainly was not impressed. I called to set up an at home appointment for a sliding door latch. I sent pictures to the service well in advance before they said they would stop by to assess what could be done. When the service arrived I was quoted an amount for a possible repair of $150 to $200 but was warned that they would not guaranty that they could fix the lock. I was also quoted a cost of $400 to replace the door latch. How does that make any sense. I could buy a new sliding door with that cost. We disagreed on pricing point and I did not engage their service. I was asked to pay a service call fee of $40. Why would I pay for a service that was never provided? refused to pay and the servicer left. This was never disclosed upfront. I wouldn't recommend this business. read more
