His response was the same it's custom . Dude is a dumb ass don't waste your money!!!! read more

if i could give them 0 stars i would. They quoted a price of 150.00 then they charged my credit card 350 plus tax! Tax on labor???? No parts no nothing but this broken lock , I could of done this with a hammer my self!. When my friend (a man) called the same day they told him 150.00 then he said why did you charge a women 350 plus! Scam artist, they could not give a straight answer to any questions when we kept asking how much for entry without a key! Called two other locksmiths after this and they said 150.00 is correct and only 350.00 if they put in a new lock which they did not do! Called BBB they do not even have a business license in Santa Clarita, no name on the receipt etc....scam scam scam do not use these people ! read more

If everybody in the world moved as fast as these guys, provide the same level of service and polite manners, what a wonderful world this would be. They showed up within 10 minutes of my call, I had completely locked myself out of my car, with a push start button ignition, and I was missing my spare key to boot. They open the door in 30 seconds without damaging any part of my car. They then followed with the Vin number, and ordered a brand new remote and the key for the very next day delivery. They did this with minimal deposit, professional attitude, polite manner, add with helping me not get stressed out over it. I couldn't ask for a better service, or professional behavior. I'm a professional realtor, and I can tell you, that next time I sell a house for my client or buy a house for my clients, these are the people I'm going to call for any locksmith service. read more
