    Spritz and sangria
    Shikha S.

the best way to get over any mid week scaries is to be whisked away into the dark pink lights and buzzy atmosphere of Key Klub! Decent deals ($12 cocktails ready to go), though their $25 happy meal seems to be the best. Came with a friend, and we got the spritz and sangria. Spritz was super yummy and light, and red-wine sangria was a little heavier - neither were very sweet! You can sit near the windows for a sunset vibe or head to the back for a dimly lit bar situation. Someone came and added candles as the evening progressing, what a mood. Good drinks, great vibes, waiting to check out their food!

Key Klub is one of my favorite wine bars in SF. The wine is great and the food is amazing, making it a perfect spot for a girls' night out. There are no reservations... it's first come, first serve. Just a heads up: it can get very busy and loud on weekends. It can be a little confusing at first since you order everything at the bar, but servers will bring the food out to your table. Food I've tried (all hits): * Funghi Fries Poutine * French Dip Sliders- favorite*** * Crab Cake Arancini * The B-Side Burger- favorite*** * Tuna Melt * Salmon Crudo * Eggplant Parmesan Sticks Definitely a go-to spot for good wine, good food, and fun vibes.

My friend and I had been recommended this place, and so we decided to check it out early on a weekend night. While the open seating concept allows for people to relax and stay around as long as they want, it made ordering and waiting for an empty space a bit more confusing. I loved the aesthetics with the dimmer and dark red lights theme. Lemon Pepper Chicken Piccata: I loved the seasoning of the chicken, which went well with the mashed potatoes. It was slightly too salty for my taste. French Dip Sliders: This was my favorite dish! I wish the portion size was a bit larger for the price, but the beef paired so well with the au jus sauce and soft buns. Charred Broccolini & Feta: This was a refreshing vegetable dish, and there was a good mix of flavors with stronger cheese being mixed with the acidic lime taste.

I went on a Saturday night for some food. It is a very cute space with good ambiance where you can seat yourself and then order at the bar. I got a cider, a burger, fries, and steak frites. The service was fast and everyone was nice. The burger was great and I liked the banana peppers on it, I wish the meal itself came with fries because it feels like a lot to pay $16 for just a burger. The steak was a little salty but it came with a great mushroom sauce which I enjoyed and it was cooked well. I would come back to try other things and just relax and have a good time with friends!

We had booked tickets for an event at Grace Cathedral and I wanted some place close by for a good dinner. I searched Yelp and like what I saw at Key Klub. I made reservations and I'm glad I did! The restaurant and bar is just 2 blocks away on Bush Street and when we arrived we were seated quickly. It has a nice vibe inside and friendly servers. We ordered one of several beers on tap and reviewed the menu. We decided to share an entree and ordered the Steak Frites au Poivre. We drank our beer and chatted (nice that it's not too noisy inside which we're finding at many establishments nowadays). Our meal arrived and it looked so good! And the taste matched its appearance - the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty. And the steak was well seasoned and tender. It was a great dinner and I would highly recommend Key Klub - we are telling our friends and will definitely return for lunch, dinner or even just drinks in the future.

A must go for a girls night out! This is the perfect vibey wine bar with good food and drinks! Parking is tough in this area so I recommend taking uber or public transportation to get here. I came here with my friends for happy hour at 5pm on a Friday and got seated right away. They have happy hour from 4-6pm everyday which is amazing!! They have a wide selection of food and drinks, which I love. We ordered the Caesar salad, B-Side Burger, Chicken Nuggets and Mushroom Fries. My favorite has to be the Mushroom Fries! The fries were covered in a savory mushroom gravy that was delicious. I also recommend the Chicken Nuggets which reminded me of the mcd fries. Once it hit 8pm, more people started coming in and the music got louder. I highly recommend coming here for a night out in sf! The decor is also really cute!

Came here for their happy hour deal (fries, sliders, and rose for $25) and was thoroughly surprised by the quality of the food, the ambiance of the place, and the friendliness of the staff. :) The vibe here is immaculate with a lively amount of people, beautiful neon decor, and a great selection of chill drinks. I would definitely come back here with more friends for more drinks!

Happy hour here is great! The spritzes are good and the snacks are better. We got the mushroom fries and they were loaded. Super simple, but delicious with the mushroom juices. The smoked trout was also very flavorful. Great deal!

This was the spot to be on a Saturday night. The staff was friendly, but the place gets packed quick so go early if possible to get a table. The burger straight up tasted like in n out!! Really good but messy af. Bring gum because your breath might be kicking after. Burger and fries 10/10

Super cute wine bar in Nob Hill! Vibes inside were exquisite. Loved the red lighting and upbeat music. The food was honestly quite good! We shared the burrata (so good), large charcuterie, & fries. Their bread was delicious. We also got a bottle of wine to share. Service was very minimal and we ran out of water fast, but food came out very quickly. Great spot to catch up with friends.

If key club isn't on your radar, wake up because this place has ambience, incredible people, and the food is solid. There are not two but four tables at the front of the restaurant that give you the windowsill city vibe, underneath red glowing lights that make you feel like you're in a movie. I've come on countless occasions --whether it's meeting a group of girlfriends or hosting siblings in town who work in the restaurant industry and are incredibly picky --I've never be disappointed. Most recently they made accommodations to serve sourdough with a candle for a birthday, which was really sweet and went above and beyond and not to mention this restaurant has an upstairs area, which is also very cool a deeper back area to sit there's just so much seating!! OK now for the food most recently I got the mushroom tacos which were solid and this is mainly because I'm on a calorie deficit but when I'm not, I've done the steak and fruits, which were delicious quite salty but definitely salivating and other than that from the fries to Caesar salad to the burgers, all solid choices. Seriously, don't sleep on this place. It's awesome.

The food & vibes are what stand out and make this place such a fun spot. That au poivre sauce on the steak frites was everything, and the corn grilled cheese struck my heart with an arrow. Gets pretty loud & chaotic on weekend nights - seems to be pretty much a free for all for getting a table. Somebody first checked in with us saying to wait around for a table to open up, but then someone else working there immediately helped secure a table for people who came in after us while we were just left standing around. After we finally snagged a table and sat down though, the vibes were high and we had an enjoyable night. Not really a date night spot at least on the weekend because it can be super hard to hear, but fantastic place to hang with friends and maybe get a lil tipsy.

Came here after work on a Thursday and there were some tables left! I love the red lighting with the warm little lamps on each table. You order at the bar, but the food will be delivered to your table. Super cute place that's not too loud like other bars!

Located in the legendary Mission District of San Francisco, this wine bar is a great spot to catch up with friends and enjoy small bites and yummy crafted cocktails. Their decor is very chic and I especially loved all of the hardware, glasses, tables, and benches. This place was styled by a great design artist. Even though the place was pretty packed and can be kind of noisy, I still felt very calm amongst all the healthy plants and loved the sophisticated 70s inspired glassware. Another great feature of this place is that you can buy most of the plants because they have some for sale so after a couple of cocktails, I was ready to redecorate my whole house with all the plants. I ordered a yummy Rose blend that was super crisp. Also enjoyed the Truffle Fungi! A delicious Shiitake and oyster mushrooms with parmesan and arugula on toasted bread. Their Spanish inspired potatoes were delicious with their dipping sauce. They have lots of gatherings there and DJ sets on the weekends. Lastly, a photographer would die to take pictures here. There is no bad shot as the design artist made sure every section of this cute wine bar was picture perfect. Loved all my photos and videos. I look forward to returning to this exquisite wine bar!

The high top tables were a bit wobbly, so we spilled half a drink on there. The drinks are strong. I recommend going upstairs to sit instead if you want to hear your friends better. The tables are bigger up there too. The rooftop was closed off but I'd like to check it out sometime.

The marinated artichokes were good, not amazing, but a large portion and pleasant enough. I wish they had more veggies or a salad option. The seats are not comfortable, this is not a place to come and relax with a book. The parklet seating is nicely sheltered from the breeze, but can be noisy. The music, outdoor setting, and service are all good. Flatbread was lovely and soft when hot, hardens to a crispy cracker when it cools. The Woody's sparkling N.A. rosé was a bit flat (flavor wise). The people were laughing, the drinks were flowing. It smelled really good, which we would later find out was from the food especially that Mac and cheese. We started off with different wines, some that Tom recommended based on what we told him we didn't like or did like. He apologized for our previous experience and was genuinely a nice guy. Honestly it's very admirable for a business owner to take feedback to heart and want to incorporate it. Plus he's a really cool guy when you get to know him. The staff was busy running around but still made time to come check on us. Our final verdict is we came on a bad day. This time we got the actual Waystone experience. We finally got to try the chicken bites with a creamy aioli, fries with yogurt sauce, and the star of the show was the Mac and cheese.
