DO NOT RECOMMEND Had work done very recently by them for the first and last time. The communication on their end was terrible all the way up until getting my car back, including when they suggested and assured certain dates and after those weren't met they failed to even reach out to explain it'd be another week. After receiving my car back after nearly a month, it took a few days before the rear panels on both sides of my car were loose and flapping in the wind while driving. Upon going back to get them to fix their mistake there was another woman with similar frustrations who has a car stuck there and can't get them to respond to a phone call. So clearly doesn't seem like a coincidence. Would highly recommend going elsewhere to save some time and stress. read more

Had a caved in panel on my Passenger side front door with some damage to the rear door and inside frame of the front door. Before I even brought my vehicle in, they saved me around $500 on my rental. I Was very concerned the paint was going to be an issue as my truck has a slightly off-factory tone. But when I picked it up, it was a perfect match. If you want your vehicle in and out as fast as possible, this is not the shop for you. However if your okay with sacrificing some time, and want quality work done to your vehicle. The worst experience I have ever had. Damage to the passenger side of the vehicle took over a month for the repair, and then followed by multiple return trip for parts missing and parts put on wrong, even my headlight was put in upside down, the beam goes up not down toward the road, so beware any oncoming traffic. There rattles and air flow noises that exist now that never were there before. A year later I am still finding clips missing and panels not aligned well. The amount of money that the repair cost was not worth the quality of work received. read more

I ended up not having repairs done at this shop and went to pick up my car, as I was told they were going to total my car over one bumper replacement. I was told the car was out front, was left waiting standing in the freezing rain for about 10 minutes, and saw the tech drive it like a Nascar driver around the corner but was still glad to have my car back. They had already had it marked to strip for parts, and the full tank of super gas I brought the car in with had been left on empty for some reason. And now the engine sounds different/worse for some reason. I've had good dealings with this company before and don't recognize the folks there now, but again I'm just very happy to have my car back and glad to not be returning. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. The lady at the front desk named Tracey is ridiculously rude and all she does is threatening customers and that's what she did to me. Initially when you get to this shop, she will talk nice and sweet and promise you that she will give timely updates on your car repair but that will never happen. I had to call in every other day to check on my car. Not a single day she called me to update what was going on. After my car was ready, I drove my car from the shop and then 3 months later she calls me and leaves me a voicemail that I owe them the money that my insurance had paid out to me and starts threatening me that if I dint pay it would go to the small claims court. Who the hell does that on the first call itself and I din't even deny that I wouldn't pay and when I call her back and ask her not to threaten me ever again she just keeps yelling and the hangs up. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. read more

Had a horrible experience with this body shop after my accident. I had to take it back 3 times because the gaps of the hood and quarter panels were way off. The pain started to chip on the bumper shortly after getting it back and the grill was not OEM so does not fit correctly. Also when they installed the new fog light they did not match what was installed so when I picked up the car it had 2 different color fog lights. A few months after having the car back one of my headlights went out. When I went to replace the headlight I found that they had just taped the harness together no crimps and no solder. The connections had corroded and this is what cause the light to go out. I cut the harness and soldering it correctly and was working again. Do not recommend this shop to anyone who cares about the quality of their vehicle. read more

Well, I went to Key Collision because they had some decent reviews. That was a mistake. I had to go back to have the paint fixed on my hood because they left it with drips. Not blended well into the original finish. I was told 2 weeks and it took them 3 to take it apart and get parts. Total a month long repair when I was told 2 weeks. Additionally, even though they say they didn't, they 100% blew my subwoofer. It was working great before I dropped my truck off. When I picked it up I immediately noticed a bad vibration in the cone. Blown! They swear up and down it was not them. They will not take responsibility and actually called me stupid for leaving it in there. So if you like your audio equipment sounding good, take it out of your vehicle. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR AUDIO EQUIPMENT. They keep trying to say that it was like that before I brought it in. Claiming that I am trying to falsely accuse them of blowing my subwoofer. Claiming a TRIM RING made it vibrate like that. I have better things to do with my time. I know with 100% certainty that it was not like that when i brought my truck in for repair. A month later and its blown. Yeah, I did it, while you had my truck I blew my subwoofer. Thank you. I will not be recommending your shop to anyone. Really disappointing that you wont take responsibility for your workers actions. Telling me that I am lying and falsely accusing you is the icing on the cake. read more

Worst shop I've ever had work on one of my vehicles! Had a minor accident with not a lot of damage a rookie could have gotten the job done faster and better. Not only did they keep the vehicle past rental time they didn't even work with insurance for extension. Once the car came back it was appalling! Could not get a straight answer as to when it was going to be done and costed money out of pocket for rental. When I finally picked car up the passenger side door would not open or lock on inside only did the hood have scratches which shouldn't have because it was painted refinished, but the bumper did not line up with either fender. The washer bottle was changed and not filled as well as parts left in car and spare tire equipment left out! Every vehicle is cleaned after service, but nope not mine. On top of that they were paid to replace front tire, rim, and hub cap and they sent the car off with no hub cap not until I called did they say oh we have one which after all the aggravation I'll just buy a new one put on myself. And to top it off a personal item in vehicle not even on side that was to be worked on was left broken out of place in the vehicle! The shop manager John Reddington inspects the vehicles he is a worthless piece of garbage as well as Key Collision of Nashua are a complete and utter joke! Stay clear from this business, I've deferred three people away already and hope this deters anyone else! read more

If you would like your car to look nice 100% take it to Key Collision but if you would like your car to work after steer clear. After an accident I was referred by insurance to go here so thinking they knew what they were talking about I listened. BIG MISTAKE. After picking up my car after the body work and "final inspection" and having it for 24 hours it stopped working because of a crack in my transmission. I called my insurance and Key Collision and was told that they do not even have a mechanic on site which I was not aware of until bringing forth a problem. Since I drove off the lot because to my knowledge it was "checked" and ready to go the transmission issue could have been deemed my fault, thank god it wasn't. They sublet it to gurneys automotive and they were the ones to find the problem and fix it. Key collision called me back on Wednesday 2/13 and I missed their call..not even 2 minutes later I called back and was told by the front girl that it was the manager looking to speak to me about my car but he was in a meeting now and he would call me back. Then she proceeded to tell me that my boyfriends name came up on the caller id (who also just got work done there) and asked if I could give a message about money which I find completely inappropriate seeing how she did not even help me with MY car. It's now Friday 2/15 and I called Gurneys for an update on my car they let me know that Key Collision was suppose to tell me TWO days ago that my car was finished but I have never even got a call back and they were worried more about me giving another customer a message. To wrap this up I just wouldn't go there unless you want to do tons of back work and to have your car not even be inspected by a mechanic because clearly they only know what a car looks like on the outside and aren't competent enough to notice something leaking from your car when they have it for over 2 weeks. Judy is the only person who seems to know what she is doing and willing to call me, you can just hear managers yelling in the background. read more

They recently repaired my car after being hit by another driver. They were awesome to work with and kept me updated. Their assessor was incredibly nice and explained everything he was evaluating and how the repairs would be done. Their office manager was excellent and kept me updated the whole time. She also explained the insurance specifics when needed and was generally just a nice person to interact with. Was also pleasantly surprised to find my car detailed when I got it back! It was a mess when I dropped it off and having a newborn, the last thing I have time for is detailing my car. So I was super excited!! read more
