Each time, each windshield that they've replaced, has been a masterpiece. Their work is precise, flawless. Interacting with Kenny, the Hudson store manager, is a pleasure. Kenny is a consummate professional. I cringe when i think of our prior experiences with Safelite Auto Glass. STAY AWAY from Safelite Auto Glass, they are awful! ON THE OTHER HAND, Granite State Glass is spectacular.

They did make a mess of a parking lot, as what happens when you do that type of thing, but my neighbors started crying because the dirty water was running on to the freshly painted lines. I let them know and the guy turned around and came back and did a spray down of the entire dirty area in the parking lot right away. My only recommendation is if you get a mobile detailing, just put your car in a spot where the nearby area can get dirty for a bit until it rains so your neighbors don't also cry :) I probably should have parked at the very end of the lot, so it's more my mistake than theirs, but they took care of it right away.

If you know the starts out inclement do not wait until afternoon to make the call to say I cant do it, and then when I complain come back with BS like I'm sorry you feel that way. After four hours of waiting, I finally called them, only to find out they had canceled my appointment without telling me. No text, no call, nothing. So now I'm sitting here with a cracked windshield that could've been fixed today, and they tell me I have to come in instead. The lack of professionalism is unbelievable. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with, Kathy (978-313-1039) , was condescending, unhelpful, and made it very clear she did not care whatsoever about the inconvenience their screw-up caused. Not an apology, not an ounce of accountability, just attitude. Safelite wasted my time, gave me no updates, canceled without notice, and then added insult to injury with lousy customer service. I will never use this company again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless they enjoy being ignored, inconvenienced, and spoken to like a burden.
