2 weeks ago during a nor'easter something hit my windshield and cracked the glass necessitating replacement rather than repair. In NH my insurer USAA 100% covers repairs but replacement would be subject to my comprehensive deductible of $500. I received quotes from the "recommended" service from USAA Safelite of $389. Since I was footing the bill I decided to look around and called First Class Glass. Owner/installer Sean quoted me $280 and said it would take 2 days to get the glass in. A few days later he showed up to my place of work in Salem NH and replaced my windshield and did a great job. He has a mobile install truck and rather than going to his workshop I'd suggest people interested just have him come to you. Nothing but an amazing experience. Called him up around 1 pm, he took my car two hours later, and the next morning I get a text and pictures of my car completely finished by 10:30 am. He fully replaced my front and rear windshield. He took my car in right away and I got it back less than 24 hours later. My car had been broken into the night before parked overnight in Boston and my girlfriend, being the wonderful woman she is, jumped on yelp as soon as she found out and had an email off to First Class before I even got to work. They arranged the entire repair, FCG came to my place of employment and did the repair in 30 minutes. They vacuumed out the glass that was left in my car, told me I had a minor water leak, adjusted the weather stripping to deal with it and I was good to go. Sean was awesome, professional, polite, trustworthy, quick and nice. The service and quality is absolutely unbelievable. Just as unbelievable as the service was the price, my jaw dropped when I saw the receipt, I really thought this kind of service was going to set me back an arm and a leg...completely not the case at all! This guy is excellent. Last time I had broken glass I went to Giant Glass in Peabody and they were horrible, so I needed a new glass company. My father had a bad experience with Safelight so a friend told me to try First Class Glass. It was well worth the 1 hour drive because he was excellent. Like others mentioned it is a residential address so don't be thrown off, the shop (garage) is top of the line and heated so you won't freeze while you wait.
