So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues.
