He said he would come and complete the repair again with no time line after all this seems untrustworthy and possibly a scam My opinion is find another glass repair, this is a totally dishonest and unprofessional place of business.

(about 3-4 weeks) I called and spoke with someone who told me the paperwork was likely in a pile. They had been closed for vacation early July but someone would call me back later that day and update me on the status of the quote. It's now September and we have yet to get the call back and have still not received the quote. Very disappointing as we had planned on going with them. Customer service does not appear to be a priority and I wonder how they would have responded if we had an issue after installation.

I questioned him about a window, he said not an issue. The installers came and stated the new awning had to go higher or I would not be able to use a window, so I said okay. Now that new awning is higher than what the estimator stated, it does not block the sun in evenings. Also, they didn't plug the holes from the old awning nor hide the power cable as promised. I attempted to work with the company to get the proper size awning for the height, they would not accommodate me.

Now this is a quality product , made to order and incredibly solid and well built. A good product is nothing without an experienced installation crew. Chris and his team were amazing, my siding is 40 years old and the aluminum wrap and additional attention to detail was Perfect. Inside as well, the new casings had to be fit into wainscot on one side and notched around existing wall heater on the other side. Gregs's expertise with products and installations proved invaluable. Greg's assistance and guidance really helped in making the best decision for us and our situation. We discussed what options were available and best suited our needs and budget.  We had an undesirable, complex problem - an old, collapsing bulkhead, hidden under a "trap door" of an old deck. We weren't sure if we should have a new bulkhead installed, in a different location, have an egress window, in a different location,  (options which would allow us to have a deck without the bulkhead underneath) or replace the existing bulkhead and have a patio. The issue with the last approach is that there was a drop after the deck was removed.  Greg worked with our landscaper to install the new bulkhead such that the landscaper could backfill the area for the porch.  Greg and Mike did an outstanding job removing our old bulkhead and installing a new one. They are skilled, meticulous and extremely polite. They treated our home like it was their own and the quality and care for my house was second to none Their concern and care for the customer really shows through in a true and genuine manner.
