Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Both the work & service were terrific (we especially appreciated his helping us navigate the complex Mass Save reimbursement process). We invited Mass Save back recently (for windows), and the inspector said he'd never before recommended "no insulation upgrades" for an old house, but he did for ours since Rob's 15-year old upgrades were so impeccable! Moreover, the inspector actually asked to photograph the tricky basement area to use as exemplar of an ideal installation. Finally, this is just icing on the cake, but you couldn't find a nicer, smarter, more conscientious & honest guy to have around the house.

After the cabinets were delivered I contacted them at several numbers and email addresses five times to schedule an installation and received no responses. I gave up and hired my own contractor. Then I found out hey measured my kitchen incorrectly resulting in a cabinet layout too wide for my kitchen. They also didn't check to see if the cabinet soffit was concealing plumbing , which it was, so I had to have another contractor make cutouts for the second floor drainage pipes from the second floor, and make custom enclosures inside the new cabinets which were full height and went to the ceiling. I was told Lowe's no longer uses them due to the number of complaints.
