I have a large house that needed both an entire exterior paint job as well as extensive carpentry repair; I met with several painting companies before making my decision. From the start I was given the most detailed and comprehensive estimate, breaking down each part of the project and expense. There were many steps in this project: power washing, carpentry, prepping, painting...Each day I was asked to look over the days work and make sure I was satisfied and/or had any questions or concerns. Jerry was immediately responsive to texts, and was always in touch daily with updates, ETA's and just to make sure I was pleased with the daily progress. Unfortunately, it cost us over $8,000 in legal expenses for one of our projects before Archadeck stepped up and took responsibility for shoddy workmanship in a project on our property. In Archadeck's defense, they did void their contract with the despicable person that did the shoddy workmanship even before the problems became apparent on our property. Apparently other people had issues also. Why did Archadeck wait for us hire and pay over $8000 for a lawyer for something that they theoretically "guaranteed"? Read your contract very well. We did not read it well enough. Although the word "Archadeck" was repeated in the contract which to me meant that they would stand behind it, the fine print suggested otherwise. Buyer beware. In most states we have few rights. Read your contract very carefully before signing.

Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors.
