He is very generous with his knowledge and was very helpful with DIY suggestions. He answered any questions we had about the process and about future maintenance of the painted walls. When we took ownership of the house, the walls were in rough shape-lots of nail and anchor holes. He prepped and patched the walls ahead of starting and did a great job. I had a signed contract with an agreed-upon price, but the company decided they wanted more money for the job -- $2000! A real bait and switch!! Needless to say, they are not doing the job.
