I have had many cleaning services in my homes throughout the years. Her services were far superior to any companies I have hired in the past.I would definitely hire her for services in my home if I lived in Rhode Island. She cleans the old fashion way... on her hands and knees, no moving Around dirt with a mop.

I called to make an appointment and the lady answers the phone "what do you want?!?" I go "I want to book an appointment..." and she goes "on New Year's Eve are you kidding me?!" I go "I'm confused are you open, why did you answer the phone?" Mind you, I never said book me an appointment today! All I wanted was to book an appointment to clean my house and to see what her schedule was! I'm genuinely confused how someone with this nasty type of energy even has customers. I have no idea how well she cleans houses, but I do know I don't want someone who treats potential customers with that much negative energy anywhere near my house. I feel bad for her I truly do. Mind you, it's New Year's Eve not New Year's Day. I'm working, my wife is working, and not once did I mention I needed a cleaning today... I'm actually in awe that anyone who has a business would answer the phone like that. That's the most unprofessional I've ever been treated in my entire life. As if me wanting to use her business was a burden to her... I truly truly truly wish her the absolute best. But your energy is not going to go unrecognized. Learn to treat people better. Or better yet, don't answer the phone if you're in a bad mood!! It's really not that hard. Your entire business model is customer service... God bless you to whoever answered that phone today, and oh yeah happy new year!! Good luck to whoever uses them.

Michael (owner) texted me at 8PM his time to set up a last minute deep clean of a rental property we have within the same week. It had been several years since anyone had properly cleaned it. It looked like a different home. We cannot describe how hard they worked (on the hottest day of the year so far, with no A/C). Not only did they help us with that in June, but at our other rental property in July they did an amazing job helping us get ready for new tenants. Michael was just as easy to work with (and again, was very available even with one week notice) and Mary was there leading the charge on the deep clean. If hyper-local, family owned, good people, and dependable is what you are looking for--then you do not need to look anywhere else. As a note, we live full time in California and can always count on Mary's Cleaning!!!

They were supposed to arrive at 8 am. They texted the morning of to let us know that they were running late and wouldn't be there until 10 (no problem). They didn't arrive until after 10. The cleaning was so bad that my husband and a friend spent 2.5 hours cleaning after they left. The cabinets were not clean. In fact, there was fresh peanut butter smeared on a cabinet. Baseboards in the kitchen were untouched. Bathroom vanities were never cleaned. Multiple windows were either never cleaned or had to be rewashed. The fridge was not cleaned. Landings needed to be vacuumed and dusted. We spent over $400 to clean the house ourselves. This was completely unacceptable. We will never ever use them again. Update: I contacted them shortly after the clean. They offered a one-time clean to make up for the poor service. We scheduled it and received multiple text and email reminders that they would be coming that Friday. Friday came, and no one showed. After an hour and a half of waiting, I called them. No answer and they never called me back. And they never showed up!!! If you are thinking of using this company, don't!!!
