I called Bill Lizotte Architectural Glass, and they told me I could drop the frame off in the morning, and that they would have it ready for me within the day! The woman I spoke with was so helpful and even called me to let me know how much it would cost before doing the work. Then they called 2 hours later to let me know the glass was ready! And it only cost $30! Im so glad to see that wonderful, old school customer service still exists! I highly recommend this company, and will be taking all of my future glass needs to them.

We made the appointment via phone this time and were asked if we were using our insurance. Last time insurance didn't cover windshield repair. This time it is, so thanks for the info. The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed.
