As time went by my wife and I noticed that one of the panels seemed to have an odd look to it. We never talked about it and both assumed it was light reflection causing the illusion .. One day about a month ago, my wife was entering shower and that odd looking panel shattered. We were a bit stunned and called Kent Glass right away. This was occurring at the onset of Covid in our area and this added stress to the already stressful time. It was quite unsettling! Todd, (from Kent Glass),responded immediately and within a couple of hours, he had cleaned up the broken glass and offered to go back to his shop and cut a piece of plastic to accommodate shower while waiting for a replacement panel, never once mentioning warranty or additional expense while apologizing for our inconvenience..He mentioned he had never had this happen before and that this was just a fluke ...We taped up a piece of plastic instead of having him "make"the temporary fix.! A few weeks went by . Todd showed up today with the replacement panel, installed it and went on his way, commenting that we were to call if any problems..No Charge..He delivered impeccable service. I was feely mighty ambitious and thrifty when I called Krystal Glass to ask for a consultation regarding a big mirror project at my new dance studio. Jimmy made time to meet me at one location and to accompany me to two more nearby locations on the same visit. Together, we checked out several used 6 x 8 mirrors at a nearby gym, looked at a few other mirrors I had in storage, and did a recon trip of the mirrors' final destination. Along the way, Jimmy provided the information that I needed about the correct tools for moving and installing the mirrors myself with a friend. (I should have brought two friends and insisted upon paying them). He also consulted with me, my contractor friend and the building GC about the best way to build secure and attractive frames for the mirrors. After we completed the framing and moved a couple of the mirrors on our own, I wound up asking Jimmy to help procure, move and install the rest of the mirrors onto the frames. Jimmy and his team handled my many requests promptly, with kindness, patience and professionalism. I will be back with any and all of my glass needs and I will also be providing referrals. We made the appointment via phone this time and were asked if we were using our insurance. Last time insurance didn't cover windshield repair. This time it is, so thanks for the info. The repair tech called, day of the appointment, to check if we were available early and we received a text message when he arrived. Even though it was very cold he was able to do the repair work. He was 'here and gone' in what felt like 'no time at all'. Quick and easy process. Our insurance company was notified by us ahead of the appointment and we sent them all the info they needed. Safelite will bill them directly.

I have an Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max, so I had the service guy look at it and determined it was only the iPhone plug. Believe it or not, they charged me $16 for a new one despite the several hundred dollars I spend on the system to purchase and have it installed. Does it make sense to anyone that they would charge ME for their defective cord rather than doing the right thing and replacing the iPhone cord? They not only lost a customer but what will this do for their reputation? Was it worth $16? Stay clear.

We contacted B&B in the Spring of 2016 ( yes 2016), to have glass installed in 3 new bathrooms in…read moreour newly remodeled home. Scott Bauer provided a quote and insisted on 50% payment upfront. Then the delays began. We were able to get one shower installed during the Summer of 2016, an upstairs bath. However, we have found there is a chip in the top of one glass panel, which will require repair or replacement. Then Scott Bauer became unavailable and did not respond to phone calls. He would not provide a work schedule. The second shower glass unit, in our master bath was finally installed around November 2016, but the door hardware , handles and door sweep are missing. Now, we have discovered that the door has sagged and will not close . It's a year later (2017) and Scott does not respond to our calls. He is always making excuses why he can't perform. However, we know he is doing jobs everyday around us. Our guest bathroom is unusable without its shower unit . This has been paid in full in 2016. Scott Bauer is a dishonest and irrational individual who should not be licensed in any state to do business. He is a thief and should be in jail. We strongly suggest not contacting B&B Glass .

I was led to believe that my furniture would be in its own little storage compartment and not get disturbed. The furniture that I kept was all mid century collectible furniture in excellent condition. I ended up moving back into my house two years later. Almost every single piece of furniture was damaged or banged up in some way. On one of the larger pieces was a sign indicating it was in a storage room for oversize pieces. For sure my furniture was not in its own little compartment, and it obliviously was carelessly moved around many times. They sent someone to "repair" the damage which basically entailed covering it up with a magic marker. A really disappointing experience. Would not trust them again with anything valuable to me.
