This store does a lot of work with the schools and sports leagues in the area. They have a good variety of product. I have been in the store several times. Sometimes I get good service and sometimes I don't get acknowledged by the staff at all. I would probably go there more often if the customer service was consistent. read more

Took two gloves there to get re-strung. They re-strung both of them too tight in the pocket, they weren't usable. They even started to rip leather on the side of the pinky from pulling it too tight. When I calmly asked them to send it back to be redone, they came out being very angry and arrogant telling me that I'm being ridiculous. I would stay away from here if at all possible, and sorry to the Corona high schools that need to buy team gear from there. read more

Geared more towards baseball but do carry Intensity softball pants. They also carry bats n Gloves. Store is well organized & employees are helpful. Would be nice if they carried different name brands of softball pants & climalite style undershirts for girls softball. Would definitely be back when need softball stuff. read more

This is your quintessential local sports store which generally does well in catering to the local sports programs and schools. I like that you can order what you need if they don't have it and it comes in within the next week. They have saved me several times during practices having to run in there at the last minute to pick up a new something or other that was lost but needed for practice. One note though, if you are getting embroidery or any specialty item like that, you will need to check on the status regularly. It is not uncommon for them to delay, forget or just outright screw an order up. Helps keep everyone on the same sheet of music. read more

Absolutely would not recommend these guys. Customer service lacks horribly when you need to talk to your sales rep on the phone or in store. Worked on a deal for little league with these guys for 4 months and they still failed to fill the order. 400 unhappy baseball players when you postpone opening day. On June 8 2016 I placed an order for 144 t-shirts was told 3-4 weeks On July12 I called and asked about my order, they emailed me art work and I approved it On July 18 I called again was told order would be done Friday July 22 still have not been delivered or got a phone call That's 6-7 weeks not 3-4 weeks So I will not be using Kens again read more

This is the worst run business I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Jason is a liar and does not give a shit about late deliveries or our high school team. There are many sports apparel options and the Corona Norco schools need to boycott this monopoly. They totally screwed up the graphics missed the sweat graphics completely. Screwed up the coaches polos and offered nothing but a piss poor attitude. As of October 2014 and we have not received jerseys ordered in July. There will only be two games left in the season by the time he delivers our Varsity Jerseys. There guys are liars and crooks. Check the Internet. You do not have to use these crooks. read more

This has been my 4th encounter with this sporting good store and every time it has NOT been a good one. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Being that I am new to the area, I was hoping for more helpfulness and that was not at all what I was greeted with. My first encounter was winter ball season I called to check stock on a pair of specific cleats that were sold out around town and was informed they don't help over the phone. I chalked it up to maybe someone having a bad day. New season, I go into the store to drop off jerseys to be patched and printed on and lady at the counter refused to help me because I didn't follow proper protocol and bring a list that I wasn't aware we even needed. I called to check on that order and the lady who answered cut me off and was not helpful at all. She Refused to give any updates about uniforms. Refused to help or check on an order that I dropped off OVER 2 weeks ago. With as much money as they make from our little league you would think they would be kind and grateful for the business being that its a mom and pop. I will take my business to DICKS next time at least they greet customers a bit better and don't seem to be put out by their customers. RUDE DOESN'T"T EARN MY BUSINESS!!!!! Bought my team jersey here last year. Spent top dollar for nice jerseys. Was told would be here for me to reorder anytime. Now they avoid my call and emails. Give me the run around when I get a live person. If you want to avoid headaches trying to reorder replacement jerseys for lost ones or new players then might not want to deal with Ken's reps. read more

So I went to U and Urs, which is in Ken's Sporting Goods, to get Greek letters embroidered on sweaters and they seemed nice when I ordered them, but when I picked them up I had a horrible experience. First off, I needed them done on 5/14, which they did get done, but they did it totally wrong. Instead of putting the Greek letter sigma () they put an E on the sweater. For those of you who don't think it is a big deal just picture them putting a Z on your sweater instead of an A. It's not okay. Anyway, so when I ordered the sweaters the lady didn't know what the letter sigma was so I drew it out for her on the order form and told her several times how it looks so she doesn't mess it up, but she did. When I went to pick it up today the lady that I ordered it from wasn't in yet so I couldn't confront her about it. The other ladies working there were nice about it and said they would have it done the same day, but by that time the person who I wanted to give it to had already left to go back home for the summer. This made me furious because not only did they ruin the sweaters they ruined the surprise of me giving them to my friend. I still had them fix the sweaters. After I left the store they called me to tell me that they have to charge me double of what they initially did because they charged me incorrectly at first. Instead of paying $30 now I have to pay $60 for a mistake they made. This was so frustrating. I ended up asking to speak with the manager and she gave me 10%, which was a little better but annoying. Point being I went in to get letters embroidered for $30, but ended up having to drive up there twice taking up at least 5 hours of my day and paying about $55 for their mistakes. I do not trust this place anymore and will defiantly tell all my friends not to go there. Plus their embroidery job sucks. It's not a clean cut and the thread keeps coming undone. P.s.
