Owner came out and took time to explain what was happening with the trees, answer any questions we had. This was the one tree service that actually gave us options for saving other trees in the path of where they were going to fall the trees. The quote was very reasonable and fair. The crew of 4 were very conscience of the surroundings, the safety of our home and property, and most importantly each other. Even after falling trees, they made sure that the logs were safe for people walking in the area and would not shift over time. Professional all around. We will be recommending Snell Tree Experts to all of our neighbors and friends.

Requested estimates on Yelp and received 5 with Green Leaves being the lowest. With no reviews on Yelp at the time, it was a little concerning but after communicating with Tommy, he eased those concerns. It turns out, Tommy and his crew do great work! The tree had a natural split near the bottom which was rotting so decided to have it completely removed. He arrived around 3pm and completed the work about 5 hours later. The work area was cleared of all debris and the stump ground and leveled out. His payment options include cash or credit card and once you are in agreement with the job and cost, he sends a contract for you to sign. In this case, he was actually able to start the works the next day even though the contract wasn't signed until late the previous night! Tommy was very flexible and great to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend him and his crew! Find his other reviews on Google.
