Ghosting a potential or current customer is the most unprofessional thing a company can do, and shows their complete disregard for you by wasting your time. They could have declined the appointment or reached out to say they did not want this work, and anyone would understand that. This was rude and a huge red flag about their business model. They inadvertently did me a favor and have sent me elsewhere.
