We just had Grand Design complete some projects at our home. We were very pleased with the work they did and with their communication. Not only did they do excellent quality work but they left our home clean and tidy after the job was done. We had Grand Design build a patio on a slope. They built a small wall to make the patio level and then built it custom to meet our deck steps seamlessly! They also installed drainage on both sides of the driveway and front and back of the house. Finally the used railroad ties we already had to create a level planter box in the front of the house. All the work they did was high quality and we thought the prices were fair. We had the pleasure of working with Sam from Grand Design in May of this year. From the beginning, we knew this would be a positive experience. Sam gave us a free estimate and helped us with the design of our stone patio and fire-pit after listening to what we were looking for. (We even added a stone pad for our trash cans and some nice stepping stones to the patio which really turned out to be a beautiful addition!) Sam was prompt and reliable and even worked with us when we decided to make the patio a little bigger after seeing the final layout. He was a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond to give us an incredible final result. He worked hard to get the patio finished in time for the start of the summer season and his price was beyond reasonable. (We had several other estimates from other companies for the exact same patio that were way more expensive).
