I got an email saying that they had lived up to their side of the contract, and regardless of what we had asked for, it was not represented in the contract and if we wanted the job completed it would cost more money. I paid my bill but will not use this company again. They care more about catching you up in the small print and tricking you than running a customer service driven business.
