There was a mistake but Erick and Marco responded quickly even though they were contacted at 5 pm on Friday afternoon (when the problem was discovered). I really appreciated that if I had a question, they both responded in a timely manner. I have worked with many contractors over the 35 years that I have owned my home and I was very impressed with this company's work and responsiveness to their clients.

Tyson and Hayden did an excellent job on everything!! I get a lot of moss on my backyard roof due to a lot of maple trees. Each time Mossbusters made the roof look new. They do an inspection as well and will fix any light repairs (there were a few loose nails in some flashing that they hammered back in) and let you know if there are any concerns you should address. They do a nice cleaning and washing of all the gutters and even though you can't really tell from the photos, my vinyl siding looks sparkling clean, especially the side that in the shade and gets a bit green. I had recommended them to my neighbor who also had service done a week ago and they gave us both a discount!! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs these services.

The inspector found several items that needed to be fixed, and Lucas agreed, commented about how good of an inspection it was, and promptly fixed the issues. We were satisfied. Lucas never showed up, never called, and now I've called and text him 8+ times without a call back. I found a roof vent cover sitting on the side of my home. After a little recon'ing, I felt it…read moreprobably came off my neighbor's house, but wanted to be sure. One company flat out told me they couldn't help me as they only do roof replacements; another wanted to charge me ridiculous money to just come look at my roof, indicating that it would cost me additional if they needed to re-attach or replace the vent cover. Tom from JnR called me after I had provided them with my location and phone number. He gave me an estimate of when he would arrive, and arrived on time. Without hesitation, he took a look at my roof and pointed out that the cover came from my neighbor's home. He even showed me how I could see the missing vent from the sidewalk. When he was done, he told me my roof was fine and still had lots of life left. I asked him how much I owed him, and he charged me nothing! He even stuck around and talked to me about JnR, and about a project I was looking to do on my home. He was gracious and sincere. The only money that came out of my pocket was a voluntary gratuity for his time. JnR is now my go-to for any issues that should arise with my roof, thanks to the quality of their service.

While I appreciate the accurate and rapid solution to my problem, the thing I appreciate most is that Anthony was the first estimator out of 6 prior who didn't immediately try to sell me a new roof. I had an appt for Bliss to come give me an estimate on a new roof. Inspector (Eric) was a little…read morepushy about getting into the attic. I let him know that getting into the attic is a "no". (We have vaulted ceilings so there are walls in the attic that you cannot get around). Then was told then that the inspection cannot be done. Then got a comment of "what a waste of time" as he was leaving. As a business you should reach out to your customers (homeowners) and ask them what happened and that way you have more than 1 side to the story. I am willing to give my business to a contractor that wants to listen and please their customers.

Fast forward to Dec 2025 and…read morethere was a leak coming from one of the stem vents, running down the accordian pipe, and then into our bathroom ceiling fan and into our bathroom. I first called Nate on Dec 27 with no answer and then again on Dec 30. On Dec 30 he answered, seemed very responsive and helpful and offered to come out the next day. He asked me to text me my address, which I did. On Dec 31 I text him to confirm he was still coming because it was 1:55pm and I hadn't heard from him to which he did not respond. I figured since it was the holiday, I'd just wait until after the 1st. I reached him early the next week to which he said he'd been sick and would come out that Friday, Jan 9. On the afternoon of Jan 9 I called him because he had not confirmed and he let me know he'd been working on a chicken coop roof all day and it had taken longer than he thought but he'd come out that evening/weekend. From this point on, I never heard back from Nate again. I continued to call, text, and leave voicemails between Jan 9 and approx Jan 29. He never once responded to me - just completley ghosted me. I kept trying to reach him because I believed my roof should have still been covered under his warranty but he never responded to me so I could confirm or not. In early February, I found a referral to French Roofing. On Feb 2., Sean at French Roofing answered my call right away and by Feb 16 my roof had been repaired. I was told that Nate had put a 6" stem vent in a hole that should have had a 8" vent stem and that it had not been secured to the roof so debris started to get stuck underneath until and eventually water could run into the roof. French replaced both of those vents. French Roofing also installed ice and water around the vents and sprayed mold killer in the attic for me. I HIGHLY recommend French Roofing and I DO NOT recommend Nate and his team at True Line Construction. Nate at True Line was awful and I don't understand how he still has a business. Unprofessional, non-responsive and obvisouly does not care about the credibility of his work or care about people.
