The install team did a wonderful job getting my old furnace old no problem and putting in the new one. Both were very respectful and nice. I would recommend Josh coming out he is a honest trustworthy person. Lyons heating n cooling couldn't have done a better job they came within a few days aswell. He asked my husband to show him the furnace, my husband walked away for about 10 minutes, when the technician came back upstairs he stated to me that the Motherboard needed to be replaced, My furnance is only 5 years old and there's no way the Motherboard should be malfunctioning. When I begin to question why the Motherboard went out in a year, the technician did not have an answer he stated I did not have to pay, My neighbor Ms. Tolbert had the same problem and she also used the Lyons who told her the Motherboard was out on her furnance also. This company technicians come out to look at your furnance and it always needs a major repair. Lyons Technicians comes out and actually damage the item you called them to repair so they can charge you more. I have a Lennox furnace that's only 5 years old. Just because I don't live in the hood don't mean I want to pay more for my services.

After replacing the furnace still did not work and they could not find problem. I then called Goyette. They replaced the small exhaust motor and the gas control valve which was the problem. All these parts were marked up 200 to 300 percent. and total cost was$4170. The cost of a new furnace. A good example of corporate greed. The small motor runs 200 to 300 on amazon and Goyette charged 1,081.57.

We had Goyette in to change out the kitchen sink. He complained about his job the whole time and apparently didn't know about using tape to keep from gouging chips out of a countertop. That was Friday, when we called Monday about the damage, he had been fired. Sadly they sent him to our home before doing so. Then they were out 3 or 4 times to tell us they didn't have time for the job we called them for or they couldn't do what we asked (all asks are now done so...). Each time we were charged a service call. The last straw was when we hired Goyette to install a new toilet. They did a good job and one of the workmen told us if we wanted it taller later, just to call and they could come out and build it up. We decided later to do this. The gentleman came out, was surprised when someone had told us they could "build it up". He had looked to find out who the idiot was because that could not be done for our toilet. He came for the service call (rather than calling us to clarify). His stop in to tell us this cost us the large service fee, but he said once we bought the riser he wouldn't charge us the service all, only $50 labor. We thanked him and took Goyette off speed dial. The cost of doing business with them is too high. Nearly $1000 in fees to be told no or cause more damage than the job. Honestly, if Goyette is the only response during an emergency, perhaps having a pool in the basement isn't all bad.

At Sherman I felt like family. This was my first heating or cooling need and I've found my store. Below is what happened but can't recommend this place enough. 6 stars if I could. So I've been working on installing a new furnace and a brand new first time for the home central air system with my friend. I needed some new duct pieces for the sizing change. I called them this morning and went up with my bad drawings. Doug talked me through my drawing as he created one the shop guys could read and execute. Within 5 minutes he knew what I needed and gave me a quote. I was expecting to have them on Monday as this was Friday. They called me after I left and they said it may be same day. They had it done by 2pm!! And it was exactly right. I left and didn't realize until 3:30pm I didn't have the connecting pieces I needed and wanted to get it installed this weekend. I called back and went up there. Met a shop worker Jason. So friendly and knew exactly what I needed. Told me they were sitting out when I picked up but I didn't get them. Gave them to me and smiled as I left. They didn't charge me extra for them either even though they weren't in my drawing. In my opinion that's how you treat a customer. I may only have been $100 or less in profit for them but in one day they built a customer for life. And one that will recommend them to all my friends and family in the area. Shout out to the secretary who took all my calls. Sorry the name was hard to hear but she was awesome!!
