$167 to replace a broken plastic part which couldn't have taken more than 10 min of labor. Ridiculous.

He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. They provide awesome customer service and ease the car-buying process.

Don't you just hate it when you drive over a pile of rotting fish and your whole car smells like…read moreit? At least it felt like it when a big coolant leak sprayed dexcool all over. 24 Motors to the rescue! This is a fair priced dealership with a straight shooting owner. They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Thanks 24 Motors, you've earned a customer.

Jared was very open about the pros and cons of each car and answered all of our questions. After all was said and done we drove away in our new Audi for nearly $4K under market value! I highly recommend Leiva! :)

She picked out a car she liked and asked all the right questions. Has it been in an accident, totaled, salvaged, rebuilt? Does the car have any safety features that need to be repaired? Levia swore up and down that the car was in perfect condition. There was a little issue with the breaks the first day. My daughter took it to the Toyota dealership and they didn't want to work on it. Levia then called their guy, who agreed to fix the breaks, rotate the tires, and change the oil. Several months later, when it was ready for another oil change, we took it to our family mechanic. He changed the oil then asked why we would buy a salvaged car when our daughter had been in the previous accidents. This was news to us. He proceeded to show how it had been in a front left collision that should have totaled the car. It was put back together with crappy welds, holes drilled to force bolts together, and hammered out frame and A pillar that was "fixed" with bondo and a cover-up paint job. They put a nice bow on a turd then sold it to my daughter as he dream car. We have tried and tried to work with Levia to find a solution but they are dishonest scoundrels.

On the day of her appointment, she arrived and the car was not there because it had been sold. That part is understandable but the person she was supposed to meet also wasn't there. Nobody called her and she wasted over $100 in Uber getting there and getting home. Fast forward to a week later. Apparently the car came back for reasons unknown. They reached out to me and rescheduled the appointment for my daughter to see she had to spend another $50 to Uber back there but this time the car was there and the salesman was there. This transaction went fairly smoothly. Everyone I spoke to was nice. There was just that minor failure to communicate, which cost us some money. We did purchase the car. Overall, I would give them another shot if I wanted to purchase a car.

1 star for Ken Garff as a company. 5 stars for Jason and the service staff…read more I want to make that distinction very clear because the employees I dealt with at Ken Garff Honda of Orem were kind, patient and professional, especially Jason, the service manager. The alignment they performed was also good and the vehicle drives noticeably better. My issue is with Ken Garff's paperwork and the company's response when I raised concerns about it. My original estimate included an unexplained $12.99 "parts" charge for an alignment. After I questioned it, the charge was removed. More importantly, the service authorization contained language stating that the dealership is not responsible for "loss or damage to my vehicle," while another portion referred to damage "not caused directly by the Dealership." When I questioned this, I was verbally told that the dealership would still be responsible for damage it caused. My problem was simple: that is not what the paperwork clearly says. I was willing to pay for the work performed, but I would not sign vague language that I wasn't comfortable agreeing to. Jason was incredibly patient about this. We ultimately agreed that I could cross out the terms I would not accept, and both of us signed the modified paperwork. That is why Jason and the staff get 5 stars from me. They listened, treated me respectfully and worked with me rather than pressuring me to sign. Ken Garff as a company gets 1 star. I later raised the disclosure issue publicly and Ken Garff responded by thanking me for my "insights about the paperwork," without actually addressing the wording I had questioned. If the company's position truly is that it remains responsible for damage caused by its employees, I don't understand why the disclosure can't simply say that clearly. I don't think customers should have to argue over vague legal language just to have their vehicle serviced. Jason and the staff deserve recognition--and honestly a raise--for how professionally they handled the situation. My criticism is directed at the corporate policies and paperwork they are being asked to work with. I strongly encourage anyone having a vehicle serviced here to read every page before signing. If you don't understand or agree with something, ask about it. Don't sign something simply because you're told it's standard paperwork.
