He was upfront and honest, which I appreciated, and he followed through on commitments to fix small things in my new car. He also wasn't forceful or coercive as some salesmen are. Another employee, Jameson, was helpful and knowledgeable. He happily answered our many questions and went above and beyond to serve us. I expect this from any business, but it was especially nice in a car dealership since I have had negative experiences in other places. The inside of the dealership is cute! There are a few vintage car items and orange highlights. It makes the place look put together and nice. There weren't many cars in the lot, but apparently COVID has made it difficult for them to acquire new cars. 24 Motors is a great place to buy a used car. They provide awesome customer service and ease the car-buying process.

They also maintain a service department, which just earned me as a loyal customer. I brought in my smoking truck, they looked at it, and it was covered in coolant. They cleaned up everything really nice to find the source, and in doing so, found a few other leaks in other systems. Not only did they replace my water pump, but also a few gaskets and hoses. They charged me almost $100 less than the two other shops I asked about water pump replacement, and all the cleanup and extra repairs were included. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that they stayed late to finish it up on a Friday, so I could have it for the snowy weekend. Now I don't know if they would clean up rotten fish in an engine, but for professional, fair prices, and great service, don't drive up State St any farther than 900 N. Levia swore up and down that the car was in perfect condition. There was a little issue with the breaks the first day. My daughter took it to the Toyota dealership and they didn't want to work on it. Levia then called their guy, who agreed to fix the breaks, rotate the tires, and change the oil. Several months later, when it was ready for another oil change, we took it to our family mechanic. He changed the oil then asked why we would buy a salvaged car when our daughter had been in the previous accidents. This was news to us. He proceeded to show how it had been in a front left collision that should have totaled the car. It was put back together with crappy welds, holes drilled to force bolts together, and hammered out frame and A pillar that was "fixed" with bondo and a cover-up paint job. They put a nice bow on a turd then sold it to my daughter as he dream car. We have tried and tried to work with Levia to find a solution but they are dishonest scoundrels.
