I've needed to stop the automatic payment withdrawal a couple of times because of medical bills and she was always very good and worked with us. I appreciated that so very much. Our previous insurance company gave us the hardest time when we needed to stop the automatic withdrawals. I never understood that. They were still getting their payment so what's the big deal? I feel like she is compassionate enough to pay attention to what her customers need without giving them a hard time. It's a win win situation... You get awesome caring customer service from her and in return she gets loyal customers that are grateful and want to stick around with her and her agency.
