We recently added a 3rd car and a teenage driver...so our monthly amount went up a lot. We wanted to have a breakdown of what the costs were and if we could save or reduce coverage in any way to save. We met with Paul and he took the time to break down each line item and explain the costs. We ultimately found that we have the coverage that we need and what would be the safest options for our family. A few years ago, we went to a different car insurance because it was cheaper, but in the long run, it was cheaper because we weren't as well covered and their customer service was terrible. So we made the switch back to Paul and it's been great! We made a mistake leaving and were glad to get the great customer service experience again! Every time we call the office with a concern or issue, we get it resolved quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend their agency!

I was pretty upset because the bike was over $6000 but as time went on I lived with it. I just knew I just won't assume my bike is safe even if locked up. Anyways I had a friend come visit me at my store the other day and yes I started to complain about the mall security and how someone stole my bike off my truck. She asked me about the claim I told her my car insurance would not pay for it she laughed and said my homeowners would cover it. I figured it couldn't hurt to try so I contacted Renee she was very helpful she got the claims office on the line as they took all the information (she also stayed on the line) the claims lady gave me a number told me the adjuster will be calling me. Within 4 days they paid my claim. Renee constantly kept in touch not make sure things were running smooth. I would recommend this agent to anyone five stars from me you deserve it.
