To get a simple glass of wine: Not sold at any vendor stands. Sent to a lounge that sells it. FORTY FIVE DOLLARS TO ENTER LOUNGE to get the ability to buy a glass of $22 wine. PASS. Sent to another bar on the other side of the venue. There they sell whiskey cocktails for THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS (you can 'Go Big' for another $9!)...but this place doesnt sell a glass of wine either. I contacted Finwise Bank/AFF back in May 2024 and asked them if I could split my last payment…read morewithout penalty (reporting me late to credit bureau), I was told no problem, we set up the payments (totaling $137), I was told since i had 23 months of on time payments and this was the 2nd loan I had with them and was never late, they would allow me to split payments without any reporting. I paid as agreed and they reported me 30 days late, which dropped my credit score 45 points. I would have borrowed the money from family if they had not mislead me. I called after I discovered the delinquency and asked for an investigation, I was told i would get a call back within 14 business days with a status of the investigation. I explained in detail what happened to the representative but I never received a call. I received an email from Transunion telling me that Finwise Bank/AFF reported that the information was correct and would stay on my report. I was a good customer, I shouldn't have been lied to or deceived like this. This is the 2nd time I have been told something by a rep for Finwise Bank/AFF and it's not true. I am tired of these companies allowing their reps to tell us whatever and then we face the consequences.
