    Factually the Lowest rated bank in the United States I will…read morestart with the facts, JP Morgan Chase is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau, almost all reputable banks are, Better Business Bureau has a disclaimer on the main page for Chase bank notifying you, they have so many complaints for Chase they can only publish one out of five complaints, hmmm. Chase bank has 1.3 score on trust pilot, right on par with black market sites, hmmm. Chase bank has a 1.2 score on this website, hmmm. I believe we have established a patterns based on facts. Do NOT bank with this company! I have had several experiences with this bank, first experience, they allowed someone to open several lines of credit in my name with absolutely no verification, wow that was super fun. A few years pass by and I unfortunately, decide to pick up the Freedom Unlimited card. I call them to set up my online account as a first time customer, this four hour call consists of verifying my information 10 separate times with 10 separate supervisors, all of which, of course would not give me their names or employee ID's, the summary of this call was for me to drive to a local branch forty minutes from my location so they can call them, hmmmm. That sounds productive. At this point I decide I will claim my cash back offer for opening the account, lock the card and pay off the balance. So I transfer the cash back from the Freedom Unlimited card to my personal checking account of twenty years, you know a Real bank, my personal checking account has the exact same name as my Freedom Unlimited card and both accounts have the exact same address. The system says, hey this isn't your account, we will have to make two deposits within 3 business days and get back to us with those amounts so we can verify your account. I go through this annoying process and it verifies my account, I then transfer the cash back to my personal checking account. I then receive calls, texts and emails from Chase that my account has been flagged for fraud and locked. I then call them to get back on the Chase hamster wheel of death, over the course of two days I call back 4 times to unlock my account for fraud, which apparently is transferring money from my account in my name to my account in my name, absolutely hilarious. I explain to the final supervisor, due to your error, once again, I will bounce a check, what can you do about that? He offers his apologies. Oh I thought this was a bank, where we deal in money and honor our obligations. Chase bank has earned every bad review it's been given, and will continue to do so. Just imagine the 100's of thousands of people who simply cancelled their accounts and didn't want to spend their time posting a review.

    This credit union is the best banking place we have ever belonged to. They are so helpful with…read morebanking services. They are pro active in watching for fraud on my account. If something doesn't seem right, they call me. They are fast on processing loans. I needed a notary and they were happy to do it for free. This place is usually on the busy side but they are well trained and well staffed to handle customers. We like this place.

Several people were standing at the table, so I assumed they were completing forms and waited in the open area. I was then told that the line actually started back at the table, which was unclear and awkwardly positioned so close to the entrance that it nearly pushed people into the doorway. If that's the intended line, it would help to have clearer signage or a more intuitive layout. When I asked about the setup, I was told it was to keep the middle area open, but there was no clear purpose for that space, which added to the confusion. Unfortunately, the service experience didn't improve from there. The teller appeared unfamiliar with how to use an endorsement stamp and became visibly frustrated, which came across as unprofessional. Even when things go wrong, customers expect a calm and courteous interaction. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. Clearer direction and more consistent customer service would make a big difference. Will probably find different branch to do business at in the future.
