I work which means I can't just be calling for my info anytime during the day. When I try to call during lunch it usually takes a really long time if I actually need to speak to a person & honestly I usually don't. The telerphone is the easiest way to get my account information when I am out and about and don't want to risk using public WiFi. This usually happens after 6pm when they are closed, usually when I do not have access to a secure network because I am heading home from work and want to get everything done so I don't have to go back out to shop. But I have heard they apparently don't care about customers service and are seeing to discontinue this service. So I will start looking for another credit union now. Which is a shame as they are in every other way great but this is just to inconvenience to keep putting up with.

I got an auto loan from a dealership and they signed me up for Utah Community Credit Union. I had…read moreno choice. I started making my monthly loan payments. Every once in a while, I would get a late notice and a late fee. It seemed impossible because I made my payments on time. I recently noticed that $2000 of my payments had been diverted into a savings account instead of going towards my loan. I didn't have a saving account, I only had an auto loan. So at 7.25% and getting late fees from me, and delaying my auto being paid off for months, it feels like a bit of a scam. Perhaps a LOT of a scam. How did my loan payments get put into a completely different account, while I got late fees and late notices. How much did i lose in their scheme? When I asked them to look into it, they didn't know how to backtrack and find which payments had been misdirected and how many fees I'd been charged? I'm sure the late notices negatively impacted my credit score too. I closed the savings, and will not do business with them ever again.

I've had hundreds of documents notarized for my business and she made up some nonsense about why she couldn't notarize the document. She even had a big attitude with me for absolutely no reason. Then I told her to pull up the info she needed from me in order to notarize the documents, and she even refused to do that. I get these exact documents notarized and have never had a single issue. I would never in a million years do business with this bank. Avoid them at all costs, I can't imagine how they treat their customers for anything else. Business is tough, you might want to step up your game if you don't want to get taken out by your competitors that actually help people when they walk through the door.
