My girlfriend politely asked DEVIN for it again, even though we'd already asked twice. Instead of handing us ketchup, he told her to come inside and get it because he was already heading in. I've worked at McDonald's before, and that's not how customers should be treated, especially after asking multiple times. I went inside and asked for DEVIN's name so management could address both his attitude and the poor customer service. I reminded him we'd already asked twice, and he still insisted we come inside. So if you visit this McDonald's, be ready to walk inside for ketchup and get some extra steps in that DEVIN clearly doesn't want to take.
