All varieties of the oatmeal cookies are yummy like homemade, and Rachel provided excellent customer service!

I had the large Mocha: it has a nice interplay of the chocolate and coffee flavors without being overpowering one way or the other. Their spinach and Feta croissant has a generous amount of filling and their kouign-amann pastry is so light and flavorful! They have a wonderful selection of breads as well, their sourdough batard style bread (I'm sure all the sourdoughs as well) has a wonderful hearty sourdough flavor. There's a beautiful airy patio to sit out on as well! I hope you visit them if you're in the area!

Points for the name, borrowed from the nearby trail and surely eliciting squeals of delight from the old school train crowd! Front of the house staff were very friendly and patiently explained the different pastry options on offer--many of which looked amazing. First we went with breakfast; my brioche egg sandwich was quite good though my husband found his english muffin sandwich to be bland and unremarkable. Unfortunately, their food system needs some work. I ordered the sandwiches for dine in with my name. The kitchen staff prepares the orders, hurriedly mumbles a name on their way out of the kitchen and unless you are standing in the right spot to hear him, you don't know if that's your order or not. Making matters worse, our food was prepped to go. Staff did offer to plate it, but it seemed silly to also dirty dishes and plastic containers so we declined the offer. The pastries are really where Interurban shines! I had half of my husband's cinnamon roll three days later and it was amazing. Like Costco cinnamon roll amazing. And my roasted pineapple cheese danish was phenomenal the next day hot out of the toaster oven! I was going to take a picture but I devoured it before my wits were totally about me, so you'll just have to take my word on that one.

You immediately see the large case of cookies, and then donuts. Great selection with some fun topping choices like butterfinger and fruity pebbles. The employee who helped me was very nice. I think she knew I hadn't been there before because trying to decide a selection of a dozen donuts was difficult (in a good way!), so I decided to just let her pick a random selection for me. Got an iced caramel macchiato for myself which was very good. I didn't realize that they had a case of assorted cakes that I could have got for my coworkers birthday after I had already bought the donuts. This is in no way the fault of the shop because it's literally across from the donut case. I just didn't notice because it's a lot to take in! Anyway, will definitely return. The only critique I have is that you cannot add a tip if you're paying with a card. I never carry cash so I felt really bad that I couldn't tip the lady that helped me. They should change that somehow. Other than that, great place!

The raised doughnut was just a bit oily, but the frosting was a rich chocolate, not crazy sweet. The young woman who served us wasn't very warm, but it was a Friday morning so I know they were busy.
