What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. They included a photo of a very dirty filter sitting on the hood of my car. Little did they know I had replaced that filter myself the day before! So I know it was brand new!! I called them out on it. Instantly the photo of the dirty filter was removed from the invoice. When I got there 10 minutes after they sent me the photo they told me the technician got confused because he was working on another car identical to mine at the same time ! Nice try Atlantic Tire! No wonder you're so slow when you're dishonest with your customers! You probably ripped me off on the brake job as well! Trust blown! I will never be back!
