I got an acrylic full set and niece got nails and toes in the kids princess chair. They were so nice. And nails aren't too thick, they're smooth, perfect and even.

10/10 experience. I was in and out at the shop and customer service was top tier. Hannah did a great job on my nails and my pedicure was so relaxing.

This is my first time coming to this salon based on a recommendation and I wish I could say my experience was more positive. After 2 hours for a manicure and a pedicure I did have higher expectations. I plan to ask for Michelle next time. Here are the positive and negatives. I was able to call and set up an appointment in the morning for a pedicure and manicure with polish. The facilities are nice and tidy. The manicure and pedicure were good, and problems did not arise until the polish. I originally wanted a painted French tip and I was told my nails were too short. No worries, I went with a nice pink nail polish instead. Kelly sprayed a bottle of some sort of chemical which got in my left eye and stung badly. I suppose my pain could be seen as something comical because she laughed about it. Kelly had a difficult time with the polish and kept putting it in a machine after a few passes of the brush. As she was painting them I pointed out how patchy and bumpy the polish came out. I offered to pick a different nail polish color if the one I picked wasn't working well for Kelly. Kelly said it looks like that because it's not shelliac and would look better with a top coat. The picture I took was with the top coat and it did not look good at all. I was very unhappy with it because I wanted my nails to look nice for a evening event I am going to. Tim offered me a different color and Kelly had a difficult time until Tim helped her with it. Ultimately Kelly left so Tom took over. Tim also repainted my toenails so they would match my fingernails. Tim did a good job. Overall, it was fine. A pedicure and manicure for $40, but for 2 hours I would have expected to leave a lot happier than I did. I also wonder how the original nail polish was seen as "okay". Maybe I caught them at a bad time on a Tuesday morning.

Glow in the dark. Is super bright. 10/10 I recommend.

Staff wore masks but did not enforce others to wear masks. Kelly, who did my dip set, injured my finger with the clippers. Didn't apologize for anything. Just kept on going. My nails look great! There's no complain there. I had also asked for a pedicure and when Tim asked which one, Kelly answered for me. I wanted shellac, but I guess the basic pedicure is only regular nail polish. I really wanted the paraffin treatment since I know my feet are super dry, but Tim and Kelly seemed put off by my pedicure request so I didn't say anything. Or attempt to request something other than the basic pedicure. That was probably the only disappointing part of my experience.

Very clean and warm staff -- will return! Basic mani + pedi was $40! My mom did have a bit of an issue with the lack of cuticle removal for her pedi, and my friend did feel as if her manicurist was a bit rough with her acrylic/shellac set but I was very happy with my services!

I got a dip mani and a deluxe pedi. My dip set came out amazing. My nails and cuticles entered looking crazy and left looking fabulous. Kelly did them and If I am in the area again and need my nails done, I will make sure I come here and request Kelly. Now, my pedi was "just ok". A younger lady did it and it seemed she may have been new. She seemed confused at times. My massage was weak, the two ladies next to me seemed to get a much longer and better quality massage. She used the stones for just a minute or two. Also, one of the towels she used was room temperature. I told her but she didn't do anything about it. I wouldn't come back to her or recommend her. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place, especially for an amazing dip set. Ask for Kelly, I assume she will he busy so I recommend making an appt.

Been here multiple times and I've never been let down . I was in a desperate need for a very last minute pedicure and by some miracle Tim was able able to squeeze me in 30min before closing. Even though closing time was soon the sweet ladies at the salon did their job immaculately and efficiently. While I'll definitely schedule my next appointment earlier and with more time, I would say this is the best spot for last minute pedicures. read more

I found my new nail spot! My old salon was starting to go downhill quickly, so my Yelp search led me to Kelly's Nails. It's not quite as convenient as my old spot, but it is worth the extra few minutes drive. It's not a super fancy shop, but they have a large selection of shellac colors and it was quiet and relaxing on a Thursday evening. Pricing was on par with the area and Alice did an amazing job on my refill. I'm pretty hard on my nails so there was some repair and reshaping work needed and she did excellent. read more

The customer service at this nail shop is amazing! The owner is very sweet and attentive. Which is why I gave this location 4 stars. When it came down to my nails the work was okay. Some of my nails are a little crooked, like my middle finger and thumbs. Also the total for these powder nails are $40, which is a lot. Normally for nails like these I pay no more than $30 at my go-to nail salon. They did give me a 15% off coupon for it being my first visit which did help some but over all I probably will not be a returning customer. read more

First visit. Walked in and was seated right away. Excellent customer service, nail tech was very nice and took her time to do nails (did not seemed rushed at all). Gave me a 5 day guarantee to fix nails if something were to happen to them! Great visit overall, will definitely return. read more

My first time getting shellac and I'm in love with them! Everyone here is so friendly and I can tell they take pride in their work. On my thumb she did trim my cuticles too much that they bled but I'm happy that she apologized for it. It immediately stopped bleeding once she put a liquid on it. I've had nail techs before, at different places, completely ignore that they hurt me and just went on. I did receive 15% off from Yelp and being a first customer. The price without the discount is still reasonable in my opinion. Overall, I would definitely come back! read more

Kelly does a great job! Always super happy with how my nails come out. She makes them look very natural and symmetrical, no lumps or jagged edges. Ivy is my go-to gal for pedicures. She does a great job and takes her time with the massage, which I always appreciate. The salon is always clean and well kept. Tim is very friendly and helpful, too! After searching for a nail salon, I came upon Kelly's Nails & Spa. I read all of the reviews and they seemed so great. I have been looking for a new salon so I decided to give them a try. When I walked in I was greeted and immediately put at a table. I had powder on my nails so it needed to be taken off (I later found out they charge for removal your first time. I have never been charged for removal either). Kelly filed my nails down and put them in warm water and acetone. I get the dip powder all the time and I have never had them removed this way. I was not a fan at all. I was not very impressed with the color choices either, they did not have the light pink that I usually pick, so I went with a lavender instead. Kelly started the process of dipping my nails and it sort of seemed as if she wasn't sure what she was doing. When it came time to file them down with the tool, she got my skin several times. After filing my nails thewere left bumpy and not smooth. My nails do not look terrible, but they are far from great! Everyone was very nice and the 15% off was a good perk, but this place is more expensive than other places I have been. I have been disappointed yet again and will not be returning back to Kelly's Nails & Spa. After posting this review, I was contacted by the manager in hopes that I would give them a chance to fix what I was unhappy about. I was very impressed by the fact that he offered to fix my nails free of charge. I decided to give them a chance, so I went back the next day. Kelly was not apologetic for the way my nails were done and did not seem too happy that I was back to have them fixed. She did a better job than the first time. I chose a different color and liked it a lot better than the lavender. I probably will not go back for a few reasons. They are pretty far from where I live, more expensive, and they do just an "ok" job...not great. Again, I was very impressed that they were humble enough to ask for a second chance. read more

This is my new go-to spot! Their customer service is top notch and my nails always look perfect. The staff is kind and they really take their time. Tim (the manager or owner) makes sure I'm happy with everything and is very down to earth. He takes the time to get to know his clientele. I chose Kelly's Nails & Spa because of the number of positive reviews on Yelp and loved my experience! I came in on a Tuesday at 1:00pm; I called about 15 minutes before hand to see if they had time for a pedicure and they said to come on in. The salon was clean and relaxing, the pedicure chairs were nice and you can have a soda, water, or wine with your service which is always icing on the cake. They have a menu with 3 pedicure options, I went with the highest tier because the price seemed really good for the services included. Part of the pedicure included a scrub and mask for your feet/legs and they actually warmed the scrub and the mask. The massage oil used was slightly warmed too, it was a nice detail that made a big difference. The hot stones and paraffin wax were the right temperature as well, not scalding, just right. My pedicure was with Lee and she was phenomenal! I have very short nails and I am extremely ticklish, Lee is the first technician that managed to do a proper pedicure without tickling me. She was very friendly and did great work. There were a few other customers in the salon that gave me the impression they had been there before. I plan on being a return customer too and I will ask for Lee! read more

More than a recommendation, this is my way of thanking Kelly's Nails for such a great experience. I went for a basic mani pedi to try out this place and they made sure I received a top service. Both nail techs were very kind, I need to add that they accommodated me as much as they possibly could as my arm is in a sling due to an injury. Tim was very attentive too, he asked me a couple times if everything was good for me. The place is super cozy and relaxing, super clean and organized. They gave me their 10% discount for new customers and also started me on a stamp card for future visits. I'm so glad I found this neat place! I will for sure make it my new nail salon. read more

I just left Kelly's about 2 hours ago! I am so, so happy with my mani and pedi. I had Teri (not sure on spelling) and Michelle do my services. They both did an excellent job and paid very close attention to detail. The main reason I stopped by here today was because of all the wonderful reviews on Yelp! Now I am a very satisfied customer and will go back for all my mani and pedi needs. It is very relaxing in the salon, no one talks and you can actually close your eyes and forget about daily stresses. The pricing is great and the atmosphere is even better. This is by far my favorite nail salon in my neck of the woods. The environment is great. Silence really is golden and these ladies are incredible at their craft. No wait-- no appointment needed. I will however schedule one with Lee, because I come here just got her pedicures! The hot stone massage is worth every minute and penny! The only negative is that it's not close to my house. I pass at least 5 salons to get here but it's worth it! Never have an issue with my dip manicures! They last at least a month. Kelly was wonderful! Find this hidden gem and you won't be disappointed! read more

Stumbled into this nail shop on accident and I was not disappointed. I wanted to give my nails a few days before I made a review and I can honestly say after almost a week I still love them! The owner was very friend friendly and the woman who did my nails did a GREAT job and was very careful with my nails. Came in around 12:37 and got out around 13:50, got dip powder. Michelle did a great job and was very attentive to detail (which might have been because they were slow). With the 15% off it was around $40 which is a good price. It was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Only complaint I had was normally other nail places get the stuff out from underneath the nails with that drill thing after everything but it's okay. I would recommend this location! read more

I absolutely love this place. I've been going here only a few months but they have won me over. So much so that I held my daughters 10th birthday party here. They were able to get all 8 girls in for mani/pedis. It was sooooo much fun!!! The girls loved it, their moms loved it!!!! We had a great time. I highly recommend trying this place. Excellent customer service! My mom and I got our nails done here, it's clean & the atmosphere is super relaxing. Staff is very friendly which I loved & they made sure we felt comfortable the whole time we were there. They even made sure my grandma was comfortable in the waiting area. Very sweet people! Absolutely loved my pedicure & full set. Definitely recommend! read more

I have not had good experiences with nail salons. If a person makes me bleed, I do not return to that salon. I decided to get my nails done at Kelly's after seeing the rave reviews on Yelp. Sunny gave me the basic mani pedi and shellac, even though I thought I wanted French tips before I sat down. She did not get mad or irritated when I changed my mind, and she was super careful with my hands and nails. Not once did I get nicked, and to me that means a lot. I love this place! read more

I was looking for a nail place in the area with good reviews and came across this location. I messaged them through the messaging feature on Yelp and asked to make a last minute reservation. I spoke to a man who responded almost immediately and got me in within the hour. Fantastic start so far. Unfortunately I was running very late to my appointment so I called to let them know. They urged me to come anyway, even though they closed at 7pm and it was already 6:30pm. I was down the street getting my lashes refilled and was so amazingly thankful they waited for me! A+ customer service! The ladies who worked on me were amazing, Kelly did my nails and Mai worked on my feet. It's been almost 3 weeks and my nails still look good! Still shiny, minimal chipping. I will DEFINITELY be back again! Thank you for your fantastic service and friendly staff! read more

I had gone to a nail place right around the corner from our neighborhood (in the I45 and Cypresswood area near Target and PetSmart) for years. It was convenient, but I never knew what I was going to get! So, I finally decided to try a different place based on the reviews. I NOW wish I had found Kelly's Nails a long time ago. This place is wonderful! It is beautifully decorated, but more importantly clean! I was introduced to Hannah who did my pedicure and then Kelly who did my manicure. Both were extremely good at what they do. And what was so very nice is that they spoke good English and understood what I wanted done. AND, guess what? Instead of paying $80 for the same service at the other location, it was $64. I highly recommend this nail salon! It looks like I have found me a new nail salon!!!!! Rhonda H. read more

She made me feel extremely comfortable, informed about the process, while being very professional. Initially it can be a bit confusing finding the place, but look for the French Quarter Salon. It's a grand looking place in the middle of 2920 with a pretty little body of water in front. There's other empty looking plazas in front but take a drive all the way behind those, and you'll find a parking lot, to park by the French Quarter Salon. This place is extremely huge, and seems like a building filled with beauty various treatment businesses, so don't get too confused and just ask the ladies in front where to go. I got a bit confused and almost ended up going up the stairs, but decided to save myself possible embarrassment and just asked. The women at the front directed me on how to contact Monique for my appointment while I waited in the lobby. As for the entire experience, Monique gave me a sit down of the products she used, some useful tips, and answered any questions I had. While being waxed, she was very informative about what was going on as well as entertaining! It's weird to say, but I actually enjoyed coming here to get waxed. There was lots of conversation that helped me get my mind off of what was going on, and I actually felt little to no pain during the whole process. Nothing bad to comment on at all. I'll be coming back for another appointment in the future and do recommend any first timers to visit her and make an appointment on her website. If you're new at waxing or would just like to try Pristine Body Studio, Monique offers a free first time armpit or eyebrow wax.

Self-proclaimed nail snob here. Mani/pedis are not only my guilty pleasure and bi-weekly relaxation treat to myself, but well-manicured nails are also required in my customer-facing line of work. For those reasons, it's important to me to find a great nail technician who consistently provides a wonderful experience and lasting mani/pedi. Kelly does just that. She has moved salons twice in the 3 years since I found her, and without question I followed her. She (obviously) owns this salon now. I have referred many friends and coworkers to Kelly, and she does not disappoint. She is thorough, patient, takes her time, and attentive to every detail. She works to make sure you are happy with her services, and she takes the time to get to know you. The new salon is clean, organized, comfortable and peaceful. They use plastic liners on the pedi bowls and sterilize all tools, if they use them more than once (most they just throw away after 1 use). Plus - she gives killer back/leg massages with every mani/pedi! read more

We're so happy to have found Kelly's Nails & Spa. We were wanting mani and pedi appointments before going on holiday but also wanted someplace close to the airport and found it via Yelp reviews. The staff accommodated is last minute and did t rush us even though we were late for our appointment due to traffic and construction lane closures. The ladies who did our mani and pedi services were amazing and did a wonderful job. They were kind, humble, gracious, accommodating and infinitely patient. I can't recommend this salon enough. If it were possible to give 10 stars, I would. Thank you so much to Kelly's Nails & Spa and especially Terry and Linda. I arrived at Kelly's Nails & Spa and was greeted warmly by everyone. Lee treated me to a wonderful and relaxing pedicure. She was very professional and friendly. I had nails applied, and Kelly was my manicurist. Kelly and Tim gave me advice as to which application would be best for me. Kelly took her time and applied the most beautiful nails with a French manicure which was one of the best I have ever had. The shop is very nice, clean, and soothing. When it was time to pay Tim made me aware he would give me a discount since I found their place through yelp. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back. I journeyed all the way to Kelly's from The Woodlands because of the spectacular reviews they were receiving! I was attending the Lana Del Rey concert and wanted my phalanges to look phab... This place is very honest and sweetly hospitable. Every cost is broken down on their menu! Just visit the website! Even though I was set on a beautiful metallic purple nail polish I went with Tim and Kelly's shellac recommendation! (Nail chart says #129 but I believe the bottle said #130, for those interested) The color is stunning and for only 2-3 dollars more TOTALLY WORTH IT. Kelly sculpted my nails into a coffin shape very quickly but delicately. She truly has an artist's touch. I love every thing about my nails. Thank you guys! I called over at the last minute to see if they could fit me in. I scheduled a pedi within 30 min. When I got there, I found the atmosphere pleasant and clean. I love how they have small privacy rolls between the chairs that give you the feeling of privacy, but without feeling alone. I enjoyed the little extras, like the bottle of cold water they provided along with they wonderful comfy chair and a menu to select your services!! Tim was the technician that did my pedi, and he did a great job as he made very pleasant conversation with me. I have been to numerous nail shops and this one is an experience! I requested an appointment on Wednesday for Thursday via email. I got a quick response and an appointment. When I arrived a little early, I was greeted was a smile and was taken care of immediately. The girls who worked on me brought over a cold water and were extremely pleasant and attentive. This was my first visit to Kelly's and it won't be my last. I had a mani/pedi and was very happy with the work they did. The shop was clean and had a very nice relaxing atmosphere. I also received an unexpected 15% discount as a first time customer! This is honestly one of the best nail salons I have ever been to! I walked-in and had no wait. They didn't try to make me pay for services I didn't want, but instead they were extremely helpful in doing my nails EXACTLY how I wanted. Tim (the manager) did my pedicure while another nail tech did my pink and white acrylic set. You definitely get your money's worth here. It was extremely clean and they use sterilized metal tools and they use the file and pumice only once which is great. They also didn't rush and asked if i wanted anything to drink, which was great! Kelly did my nails and she did such an amazing job! It's the first time I've gotten acrylics done and not been able to find a flaw. She nailed the shape perfect and was super nice and gentle as well. I didn't have to wait long at all and I didn't feel like she rushed the service like previous people I've seen. I've been to Kelly's nails & spa twice now. The employee's are very friendly and accommodating. I got a shellac manicure both visits, the first one lasted over two weeks without any peeling or cracking. The second unfortunately only lasted about 8 days before it started peeling. I did get a very dark purple with three coats so this may have had something to do with it. I'll still be back for a third try because of how great the prices are and for the welcoming atmosphere. read more
