My 4th consecutive visit here so this place definitely warrants a good review. They're clean, quick, and I always leave pretty satisfied with my nails & toes. Prices are a little steep, but they're one of the few places that actually use 90% of the tools from a new or sterilized package. They also don't make a lot of conversation with you to keep the place a relaxing environment which I appreciate after a long day at work. One gripe I have (mainly my fault) is some of my nails are crooked so what looks straight to them looks off to me. Luckily, I always get dipping nails so I can quickly file it down at home. Oh one more thing, sometimes their wet warm towels smell gross. Dipping nails are $40 & cuticle trim ($5) is not included. $24 for basic pedicure. read more

This place is clean, cozy and full of very friendly staff. I usually get shellac on my nails but wanted to try dipping powders instead. I sent them a photo of what I wanted and I'm very happy with the results! There are some inconsistencies with the shaping of the nails- but it's minor. And the prices, for the quality of work, can't be beat!! Overall, I highly recommend this place! I'll be in this area for a few weeks so I definitely intend on going back and having another dipping powder set. It's so cool to watch. GREAT experience! I got the Dipped powder for my first time and the $28 pedicure, i am 7.5 months pregnant and was looking for a nail salon near me where I could relax and get pampered which I did! Customer service was amazing, really sweet, professional and caring staff. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and smelled more like a spa than a nail salon (chemicals) which was good for me and baby (: I was very happy with the service and unlike other salons they aren't trying to scam you from your 15% first time discount, they actually remind you and apply it! Wow. Just wow. I've been in customer service since 1995 & I can tell when a business really cares about their customers' experience. From the time when the owner answered my call requesting a full set & pedi, to the text & phone call reminders I received, to him greeting me at the door as I walked in, I was already impressed before the services began. I was led straight to my ready pedicure chair, given a cold bottle of water, and Tina started my pedicure while Kelly began my full set. Tina is amazingly attentive, not only massaging in each item she applied to my legs & feet, but REALLY massaging. Usually I can't get a nail tech to rub hard enough but she did without me having to ask even once, and instead of just rubbing while not paying the slightest bit of attention as others have done, she massaged with a purpose, hitting every sore & tender area (even my knees!) & making me melt into my seat. And, unsurprisingly, she paid excellent attention to detail on my pedicure, going back multiple times to refine certain things, even clipping the callous I keep getting on my left second toe. Kelly had the patience to wait until my old set was fully soaked off, then proceeded to do one of the prettiest American hombrés I've seen. She even clipped my cuticles (& didn't charge extra.) Then the owner gave me a $5 promo for being a new customer. I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I enjoyed my nail service this much. I was looking for nail salons around my house and found a couple through Yelp. I ended up choosing Kelly's, despite the competitor having a larger number of reviews, because I saw pictures of how well they took care of previous customers' cuticles. [At the time, there were only 12 reviews, but all were 5 stars! My review is just overdue, haha] I walked in and Tim greeted me. I had a shellac manicure done by Kim (?) I believe. They were both really nice. Tim brought me a little water bottle and asked if I'd like anything else to drink. Tim talked with me the entire time, and while Kim didn't talk too much, she did well with my nails! When I finished, they gave me a 15% discount since I was a first time customer. My nails lasted 2.5 weeks before I started to see any chipping at all, and I even use my hands and wash them often at my job. I don't get my nails done very often, but Kelly's is less than a 5 minute drive from my house, so I'll be sure to come whenever I do need my nails done~ read more

Every customer is greeted as a VIP... whenever I called to schedule appointments, I can be accommodated quickly, and even if I text they have taken the extra time to note my name and phone number so that I am personally greeted ..The environment is pleasant, extremely sanitary, and the work is exceptional.. the customer servantry is stellar! I arrived a few minutes before opening. I was asked if I had an appointment and I did not. I was told they couldnt take me without an appointment because they were booked. I was asked to come back in about 3 hours which I declined. I ended up going to one of MANY other nail places around who was happy to take me as a walk in. So if you want to go here make sure you make an appointment eventhough their sign says walk ins are welcome they are clearly not. I reccomend changing their sign to by appointment only. Customer Service is AMAZING. I want to start this review by clarifying this is not my go to nail salon, it was my first time. I was desperate to find the perfect nail technician to do the nail design I wanted, something very festive for my birthday (last photo). I must state the obvious which the result was not exactly the same but the idea was achieved, and I am so thankful for how he tried so hard to understand what I wanted and did something similar. Now, my cuticles are very sensitive and I did get irritated when he tried to clean them. If you see the pictures the middle finger looks red but I must say that he fixed the problem right away. He was SUPER KIND about this issue. Most nails salons will not care if they hurt you or did not do what you wanted, language barrier makes everything very uncomfortable, be he tried really hard to make me a happy costumer. read more

I had been once before and liked it enough, so decided to come here when my fiance and I decided to treat his mom to a pedicure. I usually walk in most places, but since it was three people, two pedicures and a manicure, we called shortly after opening to set up a time. We were asked to come in half an hour later... it wasn't ideal, but we agreed. We walked in right at our appointed time and every technician was occupied. I knew immediately we'd have to wait but wasn't too concerned. My future mil was seen pretty quickly, but my fiance had to wait half an hour for them to start. His technician was very apologetic but was trying to put him off even longer, but he had let her know it was unacceptable as we were starting to run short on time. Another 10-15 minutes later someone FINALLY walked over to see what service I was waiting on (gel shellac manicure and eyebrow wax). At that point I was pretty annoyed and would have held up the whole group if I had opted to have the services especially as they STILL didn't have an open technician. Only one of the customers that had been there when we arrived had left, which means those people had essentially walked in minutes before us. Quality wise the pedicures were fine and the technicians were professional though a bit rough. Not worth the long wait is mostly what my mil and fiance said. The place itself is small and looks pretty clean, but I don't recommend coming here and expecting any kind of timeliness. They actually took another walk-in before they even started on my fiance (the reason they tried to make him wait even longer) so this is a classic case of management not caring about customers and only focusing on their bottom line. There are way too many nail salons in the area, including some really good ones, for anyone to have to keep frequenting those that don't treat customers well. It's a shame, too, because I just moved back to this side of town and the location was super close to me and now I will not go back. read more

I was in the hunt of a decent nail salon and came across Kelly's on YELP!! If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. When you walk in you are greeted by a gentleman and a smile. Then greeted by all the nail techs. The place does not smell like your typical nail salon with all the strong smells of acrylics and nail polishes. Also no loud radio music playing, with overly loud children. Matter of fact, they have soft day spa music playing, with a tv on but on mute showing the caption. I easily made an appointment through Yelp the day before. The reception worker is extremely polite and helpful, and I appreciated the discount for first-time customers. There was even a follow up message thanking me for coming. The services were really great and the technicians were extremely understanding and helpful when the color I selected did not turn out how I wanted. The main pro to this place for me is that they don't feel like it's necessary to overly engage in conversation. I really enjoy having a quiet pedicure/manicure. I have been non stop working for the last 3 months and I decided I needed to treat myself. Had to come back to my favorite nail salon and they did not disappoint! I walked in for a gel pedicure and they sat me right away. The chairs were just as comfortable as I remember. I picked a back massage setting to help get rid of the tension in my back while Mary ran the water. They made sure it was the perfect temperature and handed me a large selection of gel colors to pick from. Today I went with a sky blue color and asked if they could add polka dots. Mary did the pedicure first before all the extras. She paid such amazing attention to detail and cleaned up my cuticles and dead skin. She trimmed the nails back to a reasonable length and made my feet look so nice. Then she applied the gel and went back and forth between the feet making sure each nail was covered correctly. Again she paid amazing attention to details and made sure the gel was even and covered the toes. Everything looked so clean, crisp, and neat. She applied the white polka dots and made a very cute pattern that matched on both feet. After the nails were dried with the UV light she began the stone massage, oils, lotions, paraffin wax, and hot towels. I was relaxed and very pampered. At the end she gave me a really nice shoulder massage. The man who runs the place came over during my visit and remembered me. He thanked me for coming back and told me he missed seeing me come it. I called so many places about how much a dip overlay on my natural nail would be and got prices well over the price at Kelly's. They have SO many colors and everyone there is so friendly. Very nice place with a excellent group of people working there. Just recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nail place. Did some research online and decided to get this place a try. I scheduled an appointment online and it was made very quickly. On the day of my appointment I got stuck at work and ended up being late but they were very accommodating and still were able to do my nails. Kelly did my nails and did a fantastic job. Even when I had to come back the next day to get my nails shortened because they were a touch too long, they were able to do it quickly for no additional charge.
